I’ve been coming to this taco bell for a very long time.I always see multiple employees, but the one person that stands out the most is alex. He’s so understanding and so sweet.He takes his time and makes people feel comfortable.He is the reason why I continue coming to this restraunt. This whole time, I thought he was a manager and he is not.And I strongly believe that he has the knowledge, the customer service and everything that a manager needs, and I hope to see him be a manager at some point in his career with taco bell.He makes the company look great.He makes the company feel whole he definitely has all the attributes to be the best manager. again I really hope he gets that position.Because I know he will flourish in many ways.And make taco bell great. I’ve worked in fast food industry as well in Anne. He just has all the attributes that a manager or a general manager needs.And I want to speak up, because I feel like people like him need to be noticed. I’ve dealt with people at that restaurant that weren’t very nice and that didn’t have the best customer service.But every time I see him and he serves me, i’m always satisfied in every way.

This taco bell has always been kinda hit or miss but after the renovation it’s been terrible. Clearly the workers are rushed too hard because they always seem to charge me for double meat but never give it to me, rush me through my order, and basically bombard you with the food and card so you’re left fumbling in front of other cars to take off. Also this was supposed to be a beef chalupa with extra beef there’s about a half pound of lettuce and like 3 little pieces of chicken.

Hello. I want to write about the people who work here on the second shift (a man and a woman). Their behavior towards people is absolutely terrible. I complained about them, but it had no effect. Their management probably enjoys it when their workers humiliate their customers and treat other people’s work with disdain.
People never do this in America. I’m shocked. How can they not be ashamed?Terrible service. If the boss doesn’t take action, I will describe their behavior in detail and complain to the appropriate authorities. Once again: I asked them to be more polite, but they continued to discriminate against me. There was another incident today. They mocked me.

I ordered the chicken Catalina bowl. What I got was awful. The lettuce was completely wilted and slimey. The flavor of the parts I tried to eat was terrible. Totally inedible. I am not that picky but it went directly into the garbage.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too in my life, they couldn’t get a simple order right and they argued with me about my complaint, even though it was obvious they screwed up from seeing all the sour cream on my tacos and not just sour cream it was seasoned, no extra cheese or beef like I had requested and the manager “Jasmine” kept running her fingers through my tacos and was expecting me to take them back…by then I had lost my appetite and requested a refund. Terrible experience, never again.

Ordered in the drive through and left and when I went to eat my cantina chicken quesadilla I took a bite and this long hair started coming out. It was like imbedded into the cheese. Needless to say I couldn’t even eat my food. don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

I came through the drive through on 9/18/25. The cashier who’s name is Christina S. Was very rude. I felt rushed when ordering them when I got to the window and had asked if I could remove something from my order and replace it with something else she said I would have to come all the way through drive through again. She got my order complety wrong so I’m glad I ended up wanting to remove something from my order. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong with what I had ordered. She lacked any type of customer service skills!

Went here after work and ordered a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla both with sour cream. The lady taking my order was super polite and made sure everything on the screen was correct. When I got to the stop sign, I took a bite of my BEAN burrito only to find out that it was BEEF and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. I cannot eat red meat because I am allergic so that sucked. When I got home I opened my chicken quesadilla only to find that it was squished all the way to the bottom of the bag and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. For it being a Friday night at 5pm with NO line, I would assume they would get my one order correct. Giving a three star because the lady taking orders and at the window was so nice she made the whole experience. Get kitchen staff that know how to read the screen better because half of my money was wasted.
UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER! Changing this to two stars only because the girls were nice. I went back thinking everything was good, this is the only Taco Bell on my way home, and low and behold I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream and I received a whatever is pictured. With BEEF that I CANNOT EAT! And what’s up with all the sour cream cups? Definitely not going back. The girls working were hella nice but cmon guys. Some people have food allergies and your job needs to be taken seriously.

Reminds me what fast food used to be like.
The food is way cheaper, higher quality, is made fresh faster, and the interior is nicer than other locations.
I just got a beefy 5-layer from the frive through and it was made fresh so fast I got the food before they gave me my debit card back. The sour cream was still cold and everything else was still hot.
10/10 I’m going back for another one to show my appreciation.

Ordered the burrito taco supreme combo was asked if I wanted extra beef and extra sour cream which I agreed the picture shows what I got and it doesn’t even begin to tell how disgusting it tasted. When I went ask for a refund the manager looked at the burrito picture below and had the nerve to ask me what’s the matter with it so if you want to sloppy greasy wilted vegetable mess go- to Taco Bell in Spanaway
