Went twice in one week and got the 8 ounce fillet. I thought it was an amazing value considered how awesome it tasted. The only thing I don’t like how you gotta get the receipt through email or text. I’m a business traveler and just rather have the piece of paper in my hand.
Thank you for your attentive staff and the happiness they bring. I just felt well taken care of the entire time and will definitely hit at least twice more next time I’m in the area.
Rolls were fluffy, buttery, and melted in your mouth,
now they are small, slightly warm, and taste like depression. (Dont know what happened)
The meat, was not cooked properly.
Bacon and cheese on the mashed potatoes felt like they had been prepared first, then left to sit while the rest of the food was cooked.
The green beans, seemed like they came from the bottom of the pan. And tasted the same.
Service was mid-grade at best, and I don’t say this because staff was rude, they were polite and peofessional as always. Many kudos for being able to maintain face in a stressful emviromment.
I say service was mid-grade because of the lack of organization.
We waited for what seemed like almost an hour for the food
And then when we finally recived the food, we were constantly asked how the food was, and we hadnt even had time to cut into our steak, which is just an observation error, so not really an issue, but a mild inconvenience.
Honestly the whole experience seemed kind of like a training night for most of the staff, I dont hold it against them, and dont write reviews to be negative. Instead, I hope that these issues can be remedied, in the future.
I will definately give them another chance, but for the price paid i at least expect the bare minimum for my belly to leave full, and not losing appetite because of the quality control.
The manager, who was VERY polite and professional, gave us a discount for the inconvenience, so we left on a good note.
