I can say only good things about this place. The service was flawless. We were treated like we were important and they actually wanted to serve us. Our server was most courteous and professional which made us feel very welcome. We were there late in the afternoon and we took advantage of afternoon specials. The food was served in a timely manner and it was all very delicious. I did not expect all of this. Most of the chain restaurants in Jonesboro are lacking in everything. I can totally recommend this place. The prices were affordable too and the total bill really wasn’t much different than McDonald’s would have been for 2 people. I’d rather eat here.

Very busy but very quick service. Would recommend. Cooked my fillet perfectly.
Went twice in one week and got the 8 ounce fillet. I thought it was an amazing value considered how awesome it tasted. The only thing I don’t like how you gotta get the receipt through email or text. I’m a business traveler and just rather have the piece of paper in my hand.
Thank you for your attentive staff and the happiness they bring. I just felt well taken care of the entire time and will definitely hit at least twice more next time I’m in the area.

Ive been here 3 times. The 1st time was amazing by all accounts. Now I have nothing but complaints.
Rolls were fluffy, buttery, and melted in your mouth,
now they are small, slightly warm, and taste like depression. (Dont know what happened)
The meat, was not cooked properly.
Bacon and cheese on the mashed potatoes felt like they had been prepared first, then left to sit while the rest of the food was cooked.
The green beans, seemed like they came from the bottom of the pan. And tasted the same.
Service was mid-grade at best, and I don’t say this because staff was rude, they were polite and peofessional as always. Many kudos for being able to maintain face in a stressful emviromment.
I say service was mid-grade because of the lack of organization.
We waited for what seemed like almost an hour for the food
And then when we finally recived the food, we were constantly asked how the food was, and we hadnt even had time to cut into our steak, which is just an observation error, so not really an issue, but a mild inconvenience.
Honestly the whole experience seemed kind of like a training night for most of the staff, I dont hold it against them, and dont write reviews to be negative. Instead, I hope that these issues can be remedied, in the future.
I will definately give them another chance, but for the price paid i at least expect the bare minimum for my belly to leave full, and not losing appetite because of the quality control.

We came here for a double date! On the way we put our names on the wait list using the app which was SUPER easy! We had a short wait but thats expected on a saturday night! After being seated we met our most incredible server we’ve ever had! Lorenzo! If you come here you HAVE to have him! We never went without a drink, items were brought instantly, absolutely amazing personality, and very attentive to any needs throughout the entire dinner. I have NEVER had someone so amazing serve us and he has set the bar HIGH for future visits to any restaurants! Do not lose him! Food was 10/10 drinks were perfect and of course, per any visit, the rolls were fresh, soft, and tasty! Entire visit 10/10 with 99% of that due to Lorenzo!

Husband & I had lunch there. We started with the fried pickles. They were fantastic. Husband ordered the sirloin & added shrimp. He chose mashed potatoes with gravy & a salad as his sides. I had the Roadkill with a loaded baked potato & green beans. Our food was phenomenal. I had no complaints at all. Neither did he. Service was impeccable.

It’s really nice food, but the busier they are, the better it is I’ve noticed. Not the first time I’ve been here for sure, and they always make sure you have bread when you first sit down. I will go again because I think it’s got some good deals, it’s not my favorite restaurant but it is a good place to just grab a bite to eat with a friend or family member. Also they have $5 deals on certain alcohol drinks so you can have something to drink with what you eat that isn’t expensive. If you get an appetizer it’s probably $20-$30 per person but without one it’s $10-20 a person assuming they don’t get steak and ribs haha

Ordered pickup order at home at 5.01 pm said would be ready by 5:45 pm. Food was not ready until 6:45 pm it was cold, they didn’t give me my sweetpotato I ordered and one end of my steak was burned and couldn’t eat it.

First time in this chain. I ordered ribs which were good but cold. Fries were good. For starters you get water and buns which are tasty, water helps later on with too sweet drinks. The staff is friendly and helpful. But as far as steak/rib chains go I’m not sure if I would chose again.
