Disappointing
The food was just okay. Mostly fried foods, samplers
Our server was nice but overwhelmed and not knowledgeable, forgot our drink and took way too long to bring the bill.
If anyone was cleaning we didn’t see them. See photo. The food on the floor at the next empty table was there when we arrived and when we left. We saw at least 6 different employees pass by our table multiple times and the mess went untouched.

The food is pretty good if you’re actually able to get it. I always order for pickup. Last time I ordered i ended up waiting in the lobby for 35 minutes before anyone came to help me, only to find out they gave my order to someone else. The server had this conversation with the cook at by the entrance to the kitchen, then she came and told me they were just waiting on one thing to finish. Tonight I went to order, but the hours on google were wrong.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings normally. But the last 3 times I have made a takeout order through the app they have forgotten one or multiple items. Today was the day when I felt compelled to make a review because after having all of the sauces as well as a salad missing from my order they were rude when I came back and kindly requested the items they had missed. Not to mention a few weeks back the food I ordered came all rumbled up all most like the bag had been shook or dropped! Good food but my experience has been horrible customer service!

Excellent food. Not impressed with cleanliness of restaurant or the restrooms. My spouse had the new triple bacon burger, and I had the bacon patty melt. We also shared mozzarella sticks. Everything was gas! We did wait at the front for over 10 minutes before anyone greeted us or attempted to help us. Service is def slow & everyone seemed to be really forgetful. We couldn’t even get ANY napkins til we were almost done eating. Everything was so greasy & delicious . . . But my pants, nor my spouses pants are napkin friendly lol.

Service was very slow. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 entrees. Took over an hour to get our food. Our waitress checked on us maybe once or twice and had other waiters help us with refills. We saw some staff on their phones, and even watched a argument between a customer and the manager. Honestly I enjoyed the entertainment so that take it fron 2 starts to 3. #buffaloMILDwings

Very disappointed I ordered pickup it’s like they don’t care about your order if you don’t dine in most of my wings were way over cooked couldn’t eat over half of them they were so hard couldn’t even bit into them on top of that they had little to no seasoning the only decent thing were the fries but who goes there just for fries

This was my lemon pepper wings. They had zero seasoning and were super disappointed in them.

We arrive, restaurant is 1/3 full, and told it will take 5 minutes for a table, which we were fine with. We sit down and order our drinks and food all at the same time. Neighboring tables were piled with dirty dishes that sat their majority of the time we were there. Took around 40 minutes just to get our drinks, we ordered a loaded tots appetizer, and we were informed 20 minutes later, that there was no shredded chicken and asked if we still wanted loaded tots. We said yes that’s fine we will still take the tots without chicken. Our main course and appetizers showed up before our drinks. Food was bland, fries were hard and cold. One meal was supposed to have garlic parm sauce on it but rather had one of their more spicy sauces. Half way eating hair was spotted in the food. We get the bill, and our appetizer that didn’t include chicken was still full price. For that experience we had was $70. If you’re in Moscow i’m sure there’s WAY better options. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be great but as the years go past, so does the quality. Save your money.

Food is fine, however at this location they forget to include items in my order the majority of the time. The past two times I ordered delivery they simply did not include the Large Fries in my order when I selected the combo deal that was 15 boneless, 5 dippers, and large fries.

There is seriously something wrong with the logistics section of this location, I have come to expect that something about my order will be screwed up every time I order. Even worse, they were unable to refund or replace the missing item due to me ordering it delivery, and I can’t go in to the restaurant to retrieve what they forgot to include because I don’t have a car at the moment.

Please train your staff better. Its not as bad when you pick up the order in person but then I still have to wait 10-30 minutes for them to fix whatever mistake they have made.

Buffalo Wild Wings is fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing its brand. I hope management takes note of his outstanding work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction.
