Ordered online at 6:08. Got in line at 6:15 and made it to the speaker at 7. The girl asked if I had door dash or mobile order. I told her mobile. She asked my name, then said let me get you checked in. On the bottom of the menu board my order and total popped up on screen. Then a man came on the speaker and said our screen just shut down so I am sorry but we cant see your order. Said you will get a refund within 24 hours. Sorry and merry Christmas. Pathetic way to do business. So I wasted 45 min waiting on line to be told this.

Taco Bell is my favorite place!! I could eat here everyday all day and never complain. The workers I’ve dealt with have always been amazing. Within the past year, I’ve had no issues with getting my order and it being correct. I can’t remember the last time I was missing something from my order. I always get a good amount of sauces, which I appreciate so much!
Complaint: If there is a line, get ready to wait. I’ve waited in lines at this place for 30+ minutes before. I personally don’t mind it if I really want Taco Bell, but be prepared.

Michelle J took my order and served me at the window. She was so incredibly nice. She complimented my nails and she was fast and efficient. It’s just very refreshing when most of the time you go through drive-through people are very short and not personable.

Would leave absolutely no stars if possible. They never give you the sauces you want, never do anything right. I got charged for multiple items that I never got. I love the flaming hot grilled cheese burrito, nachos, and soft tacos. I only got one item. And no sauces. Foreclose this fast food joint. If they can’t handle a simple order, close the joint! Newport doesn’t need a Taco Bell, they just want one.

The slowest taco bell in the country. Im writing this while currently trapped in the drive thru line, that I’ve been sitting in for well over 30 minutes. Not worth it. Their drive thru is one way, designed in such a way that you are trapped once you are in it. This should be against fire codes as well. It would be faster if you drove 40 miles away, to the taco bell in Sevierville….

Went through the drive thru which was a great experience and the guy taking orders is always working hard and very efficient. Got to the window to learn that Dakota has mastered the art of rolling a burrito one handed which he was very proud of, and frankly I’m quite impressed. I didn’t catch the other guys name, but this was by far the best experience at a Taco Bell. Thanks for making my day!

I’m visiting from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and visited this Taco Bell on a visit to Newport. Wow. How refreshing to visit a Taco Bell that’s well run, clean, and actually gets my order right. I wish the Taco Bell in my hometown ran as well as this one. They were clean, fast and delicious. Thank you!

Get ready to wait between 25 minutes to an hour for food. They charge for sauce and then don’t put it in the bag. If you ask for no sour cream they put it on your food anyways. Some of the staff acts like zombies and are rude. We even went in and ordered on the kiosk and 40 minutes later no food, so we just left and went to a different restaurant. I have given this place multiple chances to get it right and the always fail.
