It’s been about a year and a half since I’ve been to this location. I was in the area and decided to stop by for some
Blizzards. I always considered this location the “best one” because of how good they made them. The service and quality have significantly decreased! The woman at the second window tried giving us the wrong order. No problem. She asked what we ordered and made the 2nd blizzard and gave them to us. She wasn’t very friendly at all. Anyway, I ordered a pecan turtle blizzard with extra chocolate and an Oreo blizzard. Both small. Paid almost $11. When she handed them to me, I asked if they put the extra chocolate since there was initial confusion on my order. She said yes. The ice cream tasted bad, like if it was old powder or something. Also, both blizzards hardly had any toppings/flavors at all! They might as well have just given us cups with pure ice cream and nothing else. You could not even see the Oreos, pecans, or extra chocolate in either cup much less taste them. So disappointing! There was only 2 other cars in the drive thru so it’s not like they were swamped and made mistakes. So disappointing. Will not be returning to this location anymore.

We had such a great experience at this Dairy Queen! The atmosphere was welcoming from start to finish, and every employee we interacted with was so kind and polite. Everyone said thank you, checked in to make sure everything was okay, and worked quickly and efficiently.
I especially want to shout out Gabby — she was incredibly nice and attentive and made sure we got our order swiftly. You can tell she really cares about customer service.
The food was amazing too! The blizzards were perfect, the burgers were hot, flavorful, and fresh — everything was on point. We’ll definitely be coming back. Great job to the whole team!

Orlando I think was ur name and you were the manager, take it easy on how you talk to ur workers the cook made a simple mistake you didn’t have to talk to her like that and the words you use shows how unprofessional you are control ur anger or get a job as a boxer or something you don’t need to work in a kitchen with that attitude. The food was good and you wer respectful to me as soon as you finished taking my order you started mistreating ur worker.

C’mon DQ do better. It’s a constant battle to order and they never get the order right. Spanish/English and it just seems to be wrong no matter what. Dipped cones are never dipped all the way.
Burgers are always missing the jalapeños or cheese.
Just make the extra drive to another one.
You’ll always end up coming back, because they get it wrong!

Food compared to other dairy Queen was ok, taco salad shell was stale and skimpy. Toast was very greasy however the steak fingers were good. Hunger buster was good onion rings we’re good.

I love the Dude Combo!!! And and who can resist the cheesecake blizzard… I definitely can’t… very clean, good service and all around good place to eat… this time offered thru the drive thru… but I’ll pick Dairy Queen over any other gay food service chain… fun fact… they only serve the dude combo in Texas… y’all be safe now!!!

Well came for lunch and food was OK but saw that in their cups they say DOWNLOAD THE APP GET A FREE BLIZZARD TREAT OR HUNGER -BUSTER i proceeded to do so but no where in the app did it said i had a free reward for downloading it went to the employees and asked if what the cup said was corect and manager told me i had to download the new Blue app mind you i asked the manager if what the cup said was true & so i proceeded to download the new app and i see no free reward again so i go up to the counter once again to ask and then a differnet manager said it was not correct now why do ALL THE CUPS ALL OF THEM say the same thing i could of just bought the icecream which i did but why are they promoting that and dont HONOR what their cups say and the manager could have just simply told me its not true or it was no longer a working promotion why make me download the new app and make me go through the signup process DISSAPOINTING

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this Dairy Queen, especially from an employee named Dulce. I placed two separate orders for Blizzards, and when we got them, two were nearly completely melted. I politely asked if they could be remade, and Dulce told me I would have to pay again. I told her I wasn’t going to pay twice for something they made wrong. She acted as if I was trying to get free Blizzards, which was incredibly insulting—especially since I had already paid.
She reluctantly remade them, but with an attitude, and somehow made them even worse. She blamed it on the ingredients, showing zero accountability.
What bothered me more than the melted Blizzards was how I was treated. The staff clearly lacks basic customer service training, and Dulce’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. I’ve been to many other Dairy Queens and never had this issue.
I will not return to this location and I urge management to train employees better—both in product preparation and how to respectfully handle customer concerns.
