The guy working the register handled it well and she came to take my order. Her tone of voice was downright nasty, genuinely sounding as though me ordering food 40 minutes before close was the biggest inconvenience she’d ever faced. The same happened with my bowl, she couldn’t be bothered to slow down a bit. This was around 9:20, which I 100% understand it’s getting close to close so cleaning and pre-closing has started so I came in expecting a wait/being patient, but by the time I got to the register, the man working the register had told the young girl what the previous guest had said. Her response, loudly saying “I don’t care, he doesn’t need to come back.” They continued laughing about it, and she continued running her mouth very loudly to the point I could BARELY hear or focus on the cashier. She also loudly began complaining about me directly being on my phone and making her wait on me. Mind you, she had to step off after the first guy to address a cut/wound of some sort, and while refusing to put on a finger cot or bandage it, was putting her gloves back on while I was double checking to have my app ready to scan. So she seemingly felt very inconvenienced about the 20 seconds i was doing that while trying to politely wait for her to return to the line. Super ugly behavior and not representing your company well for someone forward facing.
Honestly this service was appalling. I worked at chipotle for about 5 years as a km/sm and sincerely this was terrible. I’m not sure where the manager was throughout all of this, but yall gotta get her off your front line or fix her attitude. Seems she needs some retraining or maybe just shouldn’t be customer facing. Not sure if i’ll return to this location after this.
My daughter and I both got burrito bowls. The portion size was large but the amount of chicken was rather skimpy. Everything was pretty fresh.
We got there not long after opening on a Sunday morning. Since we were on a road trip, we both hit the restroom. It was a mess.
We get our food and chips, and NOTHING is seasoned. This is the third visit in a row we’ve had a problem with this particular location having terrible tasting food.
They didn’t even put salt on the chips. (Pictured below) The chicken has no flavor.
My husband ordered steak and his bowl had cubes of solid fat in it. (Pictured below) yes, that’s “steak.”
I couldn’t finish the meal despite how hungry I was because it was so gross.
Keep driving, this location isn’t worth your money.
