This Chipotle is so terribly ran. Managers should be fired immediately. First off the store was FILTHY, like disgusting…. Had trash all over the floor, every single table was covered in filth, employees having loud conversations with each other yelling and using profanity. The food was SKIMPY like the girl barely put ANY meat in the tacos. They were out of Lettuce, Cheese, sour cream, and chips…. Like what are you even doing having 8 employees with 3 sitting around doing nothing and have NOTHING filled up. It was so bad I took pictures and felt RIPPED OFF by the employee.

Their customer service was pretty underwhelming. Usually, I’m not too picky about things, but it literally felt like I was asking too much simply by ordering…I was really hungry so I just dealt with it. The portions were off and the meal was light because they simply didn’t want to build it correctly and rushed through making my order.

This store LOVES to great you when the door opens by shouting out every item they are out of on the line. Almost as tho they are proud to be unable to just refill containers during their operating hours. It is a busy location, how are the managers DAILY not setting the correct pars to maintain a full line for their ENTIRE day? There is always one angry, OVER IT, employee working the line while 5 other hourlys are running around doing what? Not making back ups, I can tell you that. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money at this location because no one there is, nor do they care.

Came to this location after work because it was on the way home. Was waiting for my food to be made while another guest in front of me was cashing out. He had made a complaint about the young girl working the line, rushing through food order and slopping spoonfuls onto the bowl, causing about 1/3 of the food to fly off the spoon before making it into the bowl. All he said was to not take the bad day or whatever out on him as he’d worked in food service too.
The guy working the register handled it well and she came to take my order. Her tone of voice was downright nasty, genuinely sounding as though me ordering food 40 minutes before close was the biggest inconvenience she’d ever faced. The same happened with my bowl, she couldn’t be bothered to slow down a bit. This was around 9:20, which I 100% understand it’s getting close to close so cleaning and pre-closing has started so I came in expecting a wait/being patient, but by the time I got to the register, the man working the register had told the young girl what the previous guest had said. Her response, loudly saying “I don’t care, he doesn’t need to come back.” They continued laughing about it, and she continued running her mouth very loudly to the point I could BARELY hear or focus on the cashier. She also loudly began complaining about me directly being on my phone and making her wait on me. Mind you, she had to step off after the first guy to address a cut/wound of some sort, and while refusing to put on a finger cot or bandage it, was putting her gloves back on while I was double checking to have my app ready to scan. So she seemingly felt very inconvenienced about the 20 seconds i was doing that while trying to politely wait for her to return to the line. Super ugly behavior and not representing your company well for someone forward facing.
Honestly this service was appalling. I worked at chipotle for about 5 years as a km/sm and sincerely this was terrible. I’m not sure where the manager was throughout all of this, but yall gotta get her off your front line or fix her attitude. Seems she needs some retraining or maybe just shouldn’t be customer facing. Not sure if i’ll return to this location after this.

We stopped in while driving through the area. The employees were super friendly.
My daughter and I both got burrito bowls. The portion size was large but the amount of chicken was rather skimpy. Everything was pretty fresh.
We got there not long after opening on a Sunday morning. Since we were on a road trip, we both hit the restroom. It was a mess.

We ordered chips and guac with our bowls, and they told us they were out of guacamole. There was a massive tub of guacamole right next to them and when we pointed it out, they said it’s only for door dash orders. We can’t have any.
We get our food and chips, and NOTHING is seasoned. This is the third visit in a row we’ve had a problem with this particular location having terrible tasting food.
They didn’t even put salt on the chips. (Pictured below) The chicken has no flavor.
My husband ordered steak and his bowl had cubes of solid fat in it. (Pictured below) yes, that’s “steak.”
I couldn’t finish the meal despite how hungry I was because it was so gross.
Keep driving, this location isn’t worth your money.

I spent $13 on this tiny burrito( the size of a small fist) . The lady wrapped the burrito so lazily and then unwrapped it put it in another shell leaving half my toppings on the tortilla she threw away. The workers are so lazy and I will not be returning to this location. Paying $13 for half the meat and toppings is insane. The employees also had horrible moods and roll their eyes at every customer.
