Really disappointed with the quality and quantity of food provided today. A bowl with 85% rice and barely any of the actual entree is crazy when you’re spending over $9. I didn’t eat anything out of the bowl before taking this picture.
The rice was mushy and the chicken and string beans were lacking flavor. Disappointing.

My experience with this Panda Express location is that the food was good, but the bathroom and dining area were a complete mess. Tables were sticky, trash cans were overflowing, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been serviced in a while. It really took away from the overall dining experience, because no matter how good the food is, cleanliness should always be a priority. A little more attention to upkeep and customer comfort would go a long way for this location.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the rice at this location.
The rice was poorly prepared, had an unpleasant texture and taste, and was clearly below acceptable food quality standards.
Serving rice in this condition raises serious concerns about food safety and potential impact on customers’ health.
Management must address this issue immediately and take urgent corrective action to improve the quality of the rice as soon as possible.
This level of quality is unacceptable for Panda Express.

Then I used a $5 off coupon.
Within a split second the girl deleted the entire order, rung up the big plate, water and a $2.99 small entree to get to $18.50. $5 off got it to $13.50. So it should have been $10.50 but they snuck in a fake small entree.
I’m not one for confrontation so I didn’t say anything, but I am not an idiot and I saw her do it.
Watch your pockets cause this place WILL 100% steal from you. Think you’re slick.. HA!
