This place is magical. The staff is super helpful, cheerful and professional. The room was wonderful and had a large balcony with an amazing view of the jungle and volcano . The Puma trail is beautiful and enjoyable. Keep in mind, they close admission to the trail at 3 pm. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast, Puma Trail and a visit to Hot Springs Pura Vida was included. Very fun! They offer a guided night tour but we were unable to do that.
The washroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner, and the shower was fantastic with plenty of hot water. We had A/C and wifi. Good cell coverage with T-Mobile but the wifi was helpful to have. The pool area is nice and the restaurant was good with reasonable prices. Staff is helpful with transportation, arranging excursions and any needs one may have. The road to the resort is paved. There’s security at the gate and we felt very safe. It’s not that far from La Fortuna and many of the excursion companies will pick you up at the resort so you don’t have to drive. I highly recommend a stay here. It was fabulous and we hated to leave. I only have 1 complaint: the bed was too hard for me but that is minor and a personal preference.

Cute little burger place with really reasonable prices. The Patriot Burger was delicious, as was the deluxe burger. Fries needed more salt, but the fry sauce was good. Be prepared to eat somewhere else. They have bar stools, but they were upside down on the counters. I don’t think we could have sat there even if they were down – this place is SMALL and busy. Definitely worth a trip though!

We recently moved to Mason County and looking for a burger place. This place is a WINNER! Enrique was so nice and helpful, the burgers, fries, and shake were awesome, the price is super reasonable, and the food came out fast and hot. Very happy with Ritz!

I really enjoyed my fish sandwich and fries. The place is clean and well kept.
This was a place that I drive by a lot in my travels a coworker suggested it. Fries were delicious woth a nice crisp. Good fry sauce. Fish sandwich was very good. Dine in or drive thru.

Delicious food, burgers are juicy and tasty, the chicken sandwich is good, I always get the clam or shrimp baskets and they are always good and filling. Ive never had a bad meal from this place

This is a little old fashion hamburger place that still makes the hamburgers big, the tots were crispy and yummy. I will stop here every time I’m in Shelton washington. The service was great and fast.

Classic burger place with everything you would expect. Tasty burger, milkshakes, and fried sides. Had the Patriot burger with tots and it was pretty good. Tots were fried to a crisp but the fries were good. This place seemed to be the busiest in town with a relentless drive thru customers. Check this place out if ya have a chance.

It’s hard to find an old school style burger at a good price anymore so if you are looking this is it. No inside seating but plenty of benches outside.
