Good is acceptable. Service is not good. Atmosphere is greatly improved since remodel, but the restaurant is dirty everywhere, staff are not friendly and I worry about food safety standards. It is also waaaay to expensive for what it is.

We went there tonight, got an 8 piece family meal and asked for the 2 sides to be coleslaw. We received our food and got 2 tiny sides of coleslaw. When we asked about it the manager said the cashier rang it up wrong so if we wanted the right size coleslaw we would have to buy it, no thank you, your cashier rang it up wrong and they wouldn’t even make it right. We wont be going there again.

Not only is this place disgusting but their management is horrible. Right from the corporate customer service to the store managers. It doesn’t matter if you deal with Felicia or anybody else. They are completely and utterly disrespectful. If you would like to see the type of service you’re going to receive just go to their store and check out the restroom. It’s a shame that I continue to keep going there and spending the amount of money that I do. I wish we could upload the audio now that androids record the calls. It’s interesting how they follow store policies to a t when they screw up that they will not make it up to you whatsoever. But they don’t follow the store policies apparently on things like drug use because last time we went there the guy told my 15 year old son “sorry dude I’m too out of it.” And proceeded to give us an entire order that wasn’t ours as well as ours. But this time we were the ones missing half of our order.

The atmosphere was dirty the tables were not wiped off there was people staying in line for more than a half an hour waiting for their food and while waiting we witnessed one of the people prepping orders eating fries out of somebody’s order and putting them back in the package that they were sending out to the customers unacceptable clean up Waterville be a long time before I return there things need to change and fast at the establishment

This was the weirdest experience I’ve had with fast food since I can remember. The woman at the counter was unkind and could barely take my order. I know fast food is a tough industry full of customers with no class and it can really drag a person down, so I’m not mad. It was just sucky.

Ordered 4 hours early online and still waited 23 minutes past the time I set for pick up.. food was decent but why bother ordering ahead if they aren’t gonna have it ready.. how many hours notice do they need to have it ready? I don’t know how to plan for random..

I visited the restaurant around 9:30p.m today, and I must say the customer service was excellent. The food was also outstanding—cooked to perfection, just like the service. This was the first time I’ve experienced the food prepared so well; in the past, it has sometimes appeared dry or overcooked. Today, however, everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Whoever was working today did an exceptional job and should be recognized for their skills—perhaps even train the rest of the team to ensure this level of quality becomes the standard. My order included 8-piece nugget meal with mash potatoes Great job!

Right at dinner time that have no thighs which they figured out after I payed. Then the next two items I asked to substitute were also out. We ended up having tacos that were made wrong and we had to tear apart and take items we don’t like out of them before we could eat them. Ridiculous.
