Restaurant looked nice and pictures on the Google page as well. Service was without any regard for us as clients. No smiles, no good service. Dinner was pretty decent to be fair. The one star review is based on the end of the dinner, where we were offered a limoncello when we asked for the bill. It came across somewhat pushy, which in my experience mostly means it’s included in the hospitality whereby no is offensive. In the end they charged us 99$ for the 3 small Limoncellos (room temperature).

The server was semi-attentive – I was staying at the Marriott next door; and decided to head over during the day on new year’s evening to book a reservation. However, she said she unable to book a reservation for 1 persons; it has to be 2 or more. No further explanation – could also have been the language barrier.
Not sure if it’s just that day- but keep that in mind if you are solo traveler – this may not best stop. It would be best to call ahead.
I spoke little Spanish – and even so the hostess was not making an attempt to assist (eg. Providing a menu or looking at my translator)
Was unable to try the food- so unable to speak to the taste.

We enjoyed Don Vito so much we ate there twice for dinner while only staying in Lima for five days. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Thanks for the great experience!

Wow !!!!! This is right across the Street from our Hotel . We were lucky to have an english speaking waiter. Google lens can translate the menu.& Google translate is a big help . Now to the important stuff. The food here is Amazing !!!!!! I started a salad , then ordered the 4 item entree and for dessert i ordered the Crepe Alaska. The bread basket given served warm is tasty. This place is so relaxing. We enjoyed it so much , plus ate a lot of food that we were there for 2 hours

Nice and cozy Trattoria, we were fortunate to find this place, it was very welcoming. Servers were always happy, professional and polite, the food was delicious with a beautiful presentation. Menu can be kinda expensive but, considering the quality, is worth. They absolutely know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice italian restaurant. Fit for a date. The atmosphere is very nice, lots of leather and wood and classical music in the background. Service is nice and food is very good. The dessert turron cremoso was amazing.

We appreciate the great service of Walter. He was very attentive, as soon he perceived we had questions he came quickly to our table. He also provided good recommendations based on what we wanted to eat. I loved the atmosphere, I felt relaxed, music was instrumental. We had Fettuccine Di Mare, Spaghetti Carbonara and crab stuffed raviolis. All pastas were delicious (impressions depends a lot of what you want to eat/taste). Carbonara has a very strong flavor. In overall, I preferred the Fettuccine Di Mare and my husband preferred the raviolis. The natural mixed juice had a very balanced flavor and dessert was great, we had the trio (tiramisu, turron cremoso y napoleon de lucuma).

I had a taste for some Lomo Saltado and got exactly what I was looking for at this place. The restaurant is directly across a hotel I stay at when in Lima and this was my first time trying them out. Delicious food, nice atmosphere and great service.

Looks so warm and inviting.
Got a takeaway pizza for hotel across the road. When the bill came it was a grand ..not a personal ..but OK. Minor rip off.
Pizza was the size of a dinner plate. Frozen crust still cool. Wierd cheese. Squirted with lime juice (???).
Basically inedible.
