Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Grabbed an order here on the way home, and was unsatisfied. Asked for a Monterey Melt, no *American* cheese, and ended up getting one with no cheese at all. Dry as anything. Ate it though, I’ll be damned if I’m not if it goes to waste. I will not be responding to any replies.

This whataburger sucks like fr this is my second time I go to get food and I NEVER GET WHAT I ORDERED!!! I do mobile pick an have done drive thru pick up a these people still don’t do there job!!! I wait in mobile pick up for about 30+ minutes and I see customers park next to me get their food before mine that is ridiculous in the stockyards. Wonderful, however EXPENSIVE, DELICIOUS food!!!
Service was lacking a bit, but I had a new girl take my order(3×,bless her heart!), so that issue will probably be fixed in the near future. Otherwise, everything was Great!!!

Personally my worst Whataburger experience happened last night. Placed a mobile order, checked in, and sat in my spot for 30 minutes. Saw many other cars coming past. Since they closed their lobby at a certain time, I decided to go knock on the door. At first they refuse to acknowledge me. Once they did, it turns out my order had been made long ago and nobody thought to go out and hand it off. The food was now cold and they didn’t even offer to remake it.
Never going back to this location again.

Absolutely the worst location. This location should be closed. The wait is absolutely ridiculous every single time, the orders are always messed up but you don’t wanna go back and wait another 1/2 hour just for them to fix it. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

It literally does not fail that we go through drive thru and it takes 30-45minutes for us to get our food. Employees are frustrated, probably short staffed. But always have an attitude, do not go there to buy food if you are in a rush. You will be stuck in line with no way out.

Here is my experience I don’t have a car and though they have a sign that says 24-hour service it should indicate that ypou must have a car. It’s 30° out and yet they’re too chicken to open up the window for a walk up and sale me a cup of coffee.
