This place is going on a downhill spiral. Rude service, food quality has decreased, and charging 53 cents for a sauce is insane when they forget them half the time for regular orders. Consistently out of sauce flavors, drink choices, and other necessities.

I know it’s not the restaurant’s fault that they didn’t receive my app order (or they gave it to the wrong person) but it was cruddy to stand there and see people coming and going 10-15 minutes before they finally decided to make my order. I showed them my receipt, too. They did give me a free drink.
I tried the new bacon mushroom burger. It wasn’t bad. Something about their beef I don’t love. It tastes frozen or something otherwise it was good. Their spicy nuggets are also good. They also have an orange cream soda at this location that was really good.

Young man taking orders in drive thru was rude. It was obvious he was mad at the world and didn’t want to be there. Hey Wendys Mgr how about training in good customer service?! I will never stop there again.

The majority of the time the food is hot. Service is always faster than other locations! The atmosphere is renovated always clean tables and seasonal decor. I’ve only encountered one rude drive through associate and that was because I had a Trump hat! My politics aside, the location associates almost always acknowledge your entrance, this may not seem of much value.. but it’s what pushed me to stop by almost everyday now. The location going into Richmond had zero customer attention and dirty restrooms and nasty attitudes. So far a positive and experience here at this location.

First I’ll say I’m a longtime regular customer service is always great & the food is well prepared.. This evening I was surprised to see the cook not wearing gloves while dropping burgers on the grill & with a bandaid on one hand !!! I’m sure survesafe recommends something different ..

The only good thing here is the food. The reason for 2 stars is the soda dispenser had 1/2 of the normal options, the ketchup dispenser doesn’t work, and the bathroom was torn apart. Hopefully they have things running more smoothly next time I come here for food!

It took over 30 mins to get my food and at first they said since they short staff they not taking no more orders but I said I already paid online so she said pull over. Ain’t no way it take 30 mins for nuggets and fries fr. Do better and hire staff at night!!
