It is 45 mins to get our food! Once we got it it was cold and tasted like the restaurant looked for cleanliness! The whole time we sat and waited for our food. They were vacuuming the carpet the entire time right next to us! The floors were disgusting

Asked for chile and a drink. They were out of chile so I ordered a 2 piece chicken strip basket. The kid rings up just the chicken no basket. I refuse to correct stupidity so I pay $5.06. When I get my food its 1.5 chicken strip. You would think the cook would have thrown that chuck away or given it as an extra as it was not full. I frequent culvers at least once a week. This culvers was not close to normal.

I’ve only been here a few times since they opened the bemidji location and I only had my order jacked up one time and I live half hour away so when I got home realized the mistake I called and the supervisor or manager Sophie was absolutely hands down the sweetest woman ive ever had to deal with especially considering the situation usually its not the best but I honestly can say Culvers has thee best customer service and understanding I’ve ever encountered. If you ever see this, THANK YOU SOPHIE and happy holidays!

The last few times I have come to this location(inside and drive thru) the wait is over 20 mins for 1-2 burger meals. We were told it was going to be a 20 minute wait just for 2 ice creams. It has been dirty. The drive thru has tons of pot holes. I sat at the drive thru window and watched a girl just stand there as we just waited 10-15 mins for our ice cream. Maybe it wasn’t her job, but to me she should have been doing some type of work. Too much standing around while there is long waits. It makes me almost not want to even come to this location in Bemidji.

Crusted ketchup at our table, disgusting floors garbage all over, our table had not been washed . Lady up front was on her phone for a few minutes, and the wait was around 20 minutes.

Order was wrong, because it was wrong we had to literally pay for what they did wrong, then they “fixed it” by still giving us the wrong order, and complained about it when we asked again. Don’t have a gluten free menu if it’s impossible to provide it.

We only bought two cones and the had us pull ahead and wait to for an employee to bring them outside in 80+ degree weather, by the time it got to our vehicle it was completely melted and we didn’t even get any napkins at all. My single scoop was literally nothing but cone left. Disappointed in this location but I’ve had better experiences with same chain in other location.
