Stopped into Smashburger while killing some time—not for a burger this round, but grabbed a chocolate shake and an order of Brussels sprouts (yes, really). Shake was decent, more like a black-and-white or blondie than a full-on chocolate shake. Still tasty, just lighter than expected.
Now the surprise hit? The Brussels sprouts. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Not something I expected to order at a burger joint, but I’d get them again without hesitation.
Inside is clean with plenty of seating, and the menu’s got a solid range—burgers, chicken, shakes, even weekday shake deals (check the sign near the counter). Worth a stop, and next time I’ll finally try the burger.

We came to check out the burger place and unfortunately our experience wasn’t good. I ordered a burger and it was very salty. The hot dog had way too much chili sauce. The attendant was very polite. Sometimes it’s just my taste that didn’t please me, but I preferred to share it not as a criticism, but as my experience.
For the price, I didn’t think it was a good choice.

We haven’t been here in 7 years. Read some decent reviews and thought we’d try it again. Matt greeted us at the counter. Friendly and helpful. Food came out quick and hot. The burgers were good, but too salty. Fries were perfect. We’ll probably try it again and see how the burgers go. If they are always this salty, probably not something we’d keep eating. Otherwise a good visit.

First time coming here, everything was amazing from the start to finish. I was greeted with a warm smile by the cashier and they were very helpful with suggestions and breaking down the menu for us. Now for the food, I got the double deluxe smash burger and it was one of the best burgers i had in a while. There was also a very nice lady with a contagious positive energy. I want to especially thank her for her service and kindness.

Today I walk into your Natick Massachusetts location planning to sit in and dine. However, I wasn’t greeted when I approached the counter. I patiently waited for service but decided to use the app to order my food. When I received the notification that my food was ready I had to ask to get my food as the front end employee started to walk into the kitchen area. However, at this time walking out of the kitchen was an employee by the name of “Tre”, who attempted to grab my bag with out gloves on. As he went to grab my bag I saw he didn’t have gloves on so I suggested he doesn’t touch my food with out gloves. He then told me, in a disrespectful tone to “calm down” or he will refuse giving me my food. I said that’s fine and asked for a refund however the original front end employee was able to de-escalate the situation and with out gloves she passes me the bag. I didn’t think anything of it because I was super frustrated. at this point I started to walk out but stopped to ask “Tre” his name. He responded by asking “what’s your name”? I’ve been in Retail/Customer service for many years and in retail management for seven of those years. Its safe to say this is not how one should treat customers who are spending there hard earned money

Horrible customer service horrible food didn’t have anything that belonged on the burger but still sold it for $12 didn’t inform you before you order that they didn’t have any ingredients to put on your item don’t reimburse. You don’t have any accommodation for waste of $60.

Went on April 6th 2025 around 6:15pm. Burger was cooked great and staff were really nice. Especially the guy, maybe the manager, who was running food to the tables. He was incredibly professional and was doing a great job. It was really nice to see that in a fast food type environment

Place was shockingly empty when we went by. My son loves the burgers from here and was not disappointed. I got a shake that was just ok. The girl working register was very nice and got us our food quick. My son is very picky so if he loves the burgers here they must be fantastic.

I’ve been wanting to try Smashburger for quite a while now but I was never around the area until today. I’ve tried various burger chains like shakeshack, fiveguys, red robin, mainely burger, the list goes on and on. This place has a good burger and hits the spot. Price wise it is what you would expect nowadays for a gourmet burger. The smash fries were great, if truffle oil is your kind of thing. I’ll be coming back to try the hotdogs and their scorchin’ menu. It is especially convenient because of the parking lot.
