I wasn’t having the best day before I came in through the drive thru, and the young woman Kyla entirely brightened my day. She took my order with patience and she was respectful and remained positive even throughout the busy times. Remained calm and collective and didn’t become irritable while I was taking my time trying to figure out what I wanted. This is the location I prefer.

Just came through the drive thru about an hour ago with my family, Kyla gave me the most positive attitude and handled my food with care. Even though it was busy she still managed to take care of us in a timely fashion with a great attitude. Will 10/10 be coming back as long as she’s working there.

The manager, older lady with glasses, short dark hair is ALWAYS RUDE. All employees ive ever met here have always been kind, so sweet and pleasant. I dont know why EVERY SINGLE TIME we go and the manager is there, she is rude, not welcoming, gives a heavy stare. She will take your order and just walk off without saying anything. If the OWNER SEES THIS, PLEASE GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A PROMOTION. There are so many kind employees with manager qualities there, and your current manager IS NOT IT. Managers should lead by example. I have seen her check on elderly customers constantly to make sure they have all they need. But she does not treat everyone equally

Don’t know if they have someone new working here but I’ve always enjoyed the staff here. Went this morning to get a caramel iced coffee and the lady hands me someone else’s coffee with cream and sugar and I go inside to have it remade and the whole time this lady is remaking the coffee , she’s complaining , saying “I gave her the right coffee” “I made the right coffee ” ,and I’m hearing this the whole time and listening to her complain. And she hands me the coffee with the rudest look on her face and says , it’s a caramel coffee , you can try it . Attitude and alll. Lady I paid for the coffee just remake it and move on. You acting like I’m inconveniencing you is crazy . This is your job, just do it right .
Her attitude alone definitely makes me want to make the half hour drive to Taylor for something else for breakfast and coffee.
Next time try complaining in private . Or find a different job if you’re that unhappy.

This McDonald’s continues to disappoint me I’m a Shift lead over at Dairy Queen and we wouldn’t even do this . My family and I went in tonight and ordered food after our food came out and we ate we ordered our desserts. We ordered 1 Carmel sundae and 2 plain and also 2 pies. The pies were cold but whatever my biggest issue was the attitude of the girl who made our ice creams. She was rude and obviously didn’t want to be at work when my wife got the first sundae she handed it to her saying very annoyed “here” then when she turned away my wife asked for our other 2 plain cups. She rolled her eyes and said “oh” when barley puts any in the cups and slams them on the counter. All while the other employees are doing their jobs with a smile. We will never order ice cream again from here

Takes forever to get through the drive through.The biscuits are not fresh at all.Hard as a brick because they’re 2 or 3 days old.There frappe machine is always conveniently broken when they don’t want to be bothered with it.So all I buy is ice and frappe,when it’s not broken.lol.And the prices have doubled and food Quality is down

I returned today at this location after boycotting it for a while. I will go back to boycotting. The drive thru was packed. Went in and used the kiosk to place my order. Punk kids in the dining area talking about every customer. Being loud and obnoxious. Ordered a coffee and few food items. The coffee was wrong, they added whip cream and returned it to me. Still wrong. I was so wrapped up in my coffee being wrong that I didn’t realize that they never gave me the drink for the combo. I wish this location would up their game in customer service and speed.

I went to this McDonalds 30 minutes before they closed on August 14th. While I hate going to a food spot in the last 30 minutes, and workers typically hate when you do too, this place was very friendly and the food was probably the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had. We expected fries to be premade and cold, but nah, they made them fresh and salted them just right. The drink was perfect, and our entrees were as well. Best McDonald’s experience, management must be leading a great night crew. Thank you!
