I had been waiting all day to go to Popeye’s, and let me tell you…they did not disappoint. Food was awesome, the service was awesome. “Ty” the guy behind the counter was amazing. Despite him being overwhelmed with a few different difficult things happening at the same time, he managed to keep his cool and not only get all the orders out in a timely manner but also delivered everything with a calm cool and collected smile. Awesome job, awesome service, WE WILL RETURN, AND DO RECOMMEND!!!

I love this Popeyes!!! Today, Feb 4, 2026, I had a 5 star experience. Ordered my spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and extra spicy mayo, seasoned fries, coleslaw and a large Coke. The delightful gentleman at the drive through gave me my requested side cup of the spicy mayo!! You must get this for fry dipping. My entire meal was fantastic and that spicy mayo!!! Yummmm. Run, don’t walk to this Popeyes and get called M’lady by the excellent young man running it all. Kudos 5 stars.

The gentleman that took our order provided exceptional service and had a great attitude. We were not expecting that level of service from a Popeyes drive thru. The food came out fast,hot and delicious. The strawberry pie was a hit! Thanks for the great experience.

I went to the location on Pisgah and Talon had great customer service. He ran the drive thru and front counter by himself and still got the customers out in a great time. This young man is doing great.

Food was incorrect and the person at speaker wouldn’t stop talking asking if my order was complete. If they had they would’ve known we wanted dark meat, not white meat. Chicken was so hot that it took us 15 minutes to try and eat it. We had burnt fingers and mouths. The coleslaw was visibly beige. The rice and beans were bland the mashed potatoes was more gravy with a side of potatoes. And the biscuits were lack luster. The only reason Atmosphere received 3 stars was because I was in my car.
Lesson learned, Bojangles for now on.

I stopped by here around 12:25pm to grab some lunch. While browsing the app for deals, I saw that it was cheaper to get more food than less. For $9.99 (Two can dine) I could get 5 piece chicken, 2 sides, and 2 biscuits. However, for $8.49, I get 2 piece chicken, 1 side, and a biscuit. I would be better off paying $1.50 more and having food leftover lol. My sides were friends and mashed potatoes and gravy. That’s exactly what I did. I placed my order via the app to get reward points. Online ordering was very simple and easy. I highly advise you to look at the offers to get a better deal!
When I went inside, my food was ready. The staff person had me verify the order, which was good and helps people from stealing food. As I was on my way to pick up my son for an appointment, I opened the box and realized that they only gave me 4 pieces of chicken instead of 5. I didn’t have time to go back.
They didn’t provide any silverware, napkins, or condiments, which sucked. Fortunately, I passed my home while picking up my son, so I stopped by to espérate the food and grab a spoon for my mashed potatoes. The food was hot, which was awesome. I ate a whole biscuit first. It wasn’t too dry, which was good haha. I wish the fries were a little crisper than they were, but they were fine. While some pieces of chicken were crisper than others, it tasted fine and I enjoyed the meal as a whole.

I arrived from out of town on Tuesday to NC. I called on Wednesday This location came through for me. I needed two turkeys for Thanksgiving Day! I picked up turkeys on Wednesday. This location I highly recommend. The staff and manager at Pisgah Church Rd Greensboro NC WERE awesome!!

This Popeyes must have turned over a new leaf! I’ve gotten a 100% correct door dash order and an in-person order where the service was great, efficient and an attendant came outside to give me a sandwich and sauce I forgot before I pulled off. Well done
