I just got some lunch from this location and I am going to give my honest opinion. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When I reach the counter I pay for my meal the girl from the counter she took my card, and I noticed that she had a rash on her right hand while she was accepting my card. No disrespect but when you work in the food place like that you should be covering your hand. So people doesn’t get to see the rash that you have on your hand. Once I got my food I kind of lost my appetite. You can never unseen the scene. It just got stuck in your mind. Management team should be more considered are careful about this type of issues. Got my sandwich the chicken look over cooked. Overall I’m not satisfied the food and the situation. I won’t be coming back sorry to say that.

Survive is more valuable than ever. The sign indicates that it is open twenty-four hours a day. I attempted to order some meals, and they would not respond to all of my inquiries. Please don’t go to that fast-food restaurant; it’s too frequent.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Jack in the Box drive-through. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. I politely asked for extra napkins with my order of 2 tacos and a side of fries, but she refused and said they only give two napkins—no exceptions. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. She refunded the amount, but instead of returning it to my card, she handed me a pile of loose change and $1 bills, carelessly dropping the coins outside without noticing where my hand was. I explained I couldn’t open the door to pick them up due to a medical issue, but she just closed the window and ignored me. No apology, no courtesy. Very poor customer service.

I’m really saddened to give this rating because this used to be my favorite Jack-in-the-Box. It’s close to my house and the staff was so friendly. The lady that used to take my order at night was a delight fast accurate and she made me feel like she was happy that I was there. Now every time I go, which is rare, I’m not really a patron anymore because I can never get anyone to come to the intercom for the drive-through. Not sure if the hours have changed maybe that’s something I don’t know, but the website still says 24 hours so just curious in case I need to go in to receive the service I used to get at this location.

Avoid this jack in the box at all cost, there is a very old woman with grand white hair that is so unprofessional. When you begin to order after 11 PM, she will scream at you. Because you are hungry and wanting to order food, they really need to do away with this lady. Obviously everyone that works in their evening has horrible customer service and work ethic. Just look at the reviews, this one should be closed down. And the owners obviously do not care

Staff is unattentive. There was absolutely not a soul in the Drive-Thru line and I was ignored for at least three whole minutes sitting at menu with the speaker box. I beeped my horn once. In about another minute I asked politely are we open? A Hispanic woman came on the speaker and said you do not have to honk your horn we know that you’re here. And I replied, my apologies I didn’t know if you guys were open
And she interrupted me with a series of “Mmmmmhms”

I took my family here tonight 9/8/21. This was the worst food i have ever eaten. The oil needed to be changed the food looked as tastes horrible. I wrote to main headquarters and sent them photos this is ridiculous and all the management wanted was for you to move ihave other customers she said. I will add photos.

Went to the JITB at another location, waited in a long drive thru line only to be told they aren’t taking orders. So I came to this location, there was a long line but it moved along quickly. The gentleman at the drive thru window was polite & McDonald’s needs to take some notes bc it’s midnight & I just successfully ordered a vanilla ice cream shake!
This location is open 24 hours both the drive thru & dining room.
The Teriyaki chicken bowl is SO good.

Went to grab food at the drive through at night, only person in the line by the way, and the two people in the restaurant managed to forget to put half the things I ordered in the bag so I got half of what I paid for. Very unprofessional.
