Our first time trying out a Chilis, and this one DID NOT disappoint! Seated right away, service was prompt, friendly. Drinks and food came out at a quick time, for being relatively busy Sunday afternoon. My Jack & Coke was perfect and I do mean perfect!! The building was homey and warm (12/14/25), very comfortable vibe. All servers were friendly and all helped each other. We will definitely come again (& again)!!

We went there while visiting great wolf lodge, hostest stated it was a 20 minute wait, after that wait turned into over 30 minutes to seat our group of 7, we told her we would split our group into two. She gave us attitude was rude and stated “i kmow how to do my job” She sat atleast 5 groups of 4 before another lady last her patience and asked for the manager. When the regional manager came out she made us a table and seated but we waited 53 minutes, food came out incorrect had to wait additional 15 for 2 small burgers for my daughter to be remade. I would not recommend. If we were compt to asked how to make it right it would be a different conversation. But we were not I would not recommend this location to anyone

Came to try chili’s during our vacation because we don’t have a chili’s near us. My wife ordered the triple dipper and loved every bit of it! I ordered a 6oz steak, medium rare, with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The food came very fast, but my steak was completely well done. We called the waitress back, and before I said anything, she said, “Oh my gosh! that’s not medium rare, that’s well done!! im going to have them make you another one right now.” Then the manager came and apologized and remade the whole plate, even the sides! He was super kind and over the top!! Thank you Chili’s!

My server Shi it was very sweet and great at her job. My daughter and I went there for apps and dessert. The service from the staff was great. She was quick but also read the room and left us to enjoy our food without hovering and could see that we didn’t want to stay too long. And she was very accommodating when bringing out boxes suggestions on the menu.

Everything was excellent. Love the shrimp fajitas. But the prices are are horrible. 49.00 to share a fajita meal plus 2 drinks. Then wanted a 15% tip. If our food was from usa prices could be reduced Not sure Im going to be there much.

Never been to chilis before and it’s so nice in there. Our waitress was an angel!!! I wish I remembered her name, she’s got short blonde & purple hair. So sweet and attentive!! Food was 11/10 and so were the margaritas

Let me first start by saying the food and service were excellent but a lot of the downers of the place have to do with the cleanliness of everything from the floors to the booth to the digital checkout machine sitting at your table,the place can use a lot more attention to cleaning, dont start me on the bathroom. our waitress was outstanding and food service on a Friday at 5 was amazingly fast. I hope management reads this and takes a good a look at the place andrealizese it’s not clean, I understand every company has employers issues but not an excuse. Had the Mushroom Swiss burger med was great. It would have been a 3 if it was not for their amazing staff and good food. But a 4 is fair if they find the time to review this, and the next time I stop in, I may update my review.

Ordered 4 piece chicken crispers, fries and Mac n and cheese.. Nothing about the crispers was tender didn’t even taste hand made. Hard to chew. Honey mustard was good.
