I Went Thru The Drive Thru Today And Awesome Service. The Young Dude At The Window Was So Helpful And Nice. He Greeted With A Nice Attitude And Didnt Rush Me Like McDonalds On The Other Hand. Food Was Great, Mexican Pizza Was Made Just How I Ordered It. Overall This Tacobell Never Disappoints! Shout-Out To Him! I Dont Know His Name But He Forsure Had His Awesome Pink Hair And Positive Energy! Will Be Coming Back!!

The food is decent for the price. The service is horrid. I had to place my order 3 different times and ut doesn’t matter how much you order. They NEVER GIVE ENOUGH sauce packets even when you ask for them.

I waited 45 minutes for my food, and when it arrived I was missing 3 items. They packed the bag like they were rushing even though we were the only ones there. My food arrived cold like it had been sitting on the counter. My meals weren’t in boxes, they SHOVED my quesadilla into the Mexican pizza box getting sauce all over the inside and outside of the box. My doughnuts were squished on the bottom of the bag. I then had to stand at the counter and wait for the employees to stop looking at their phones and acknowledge me. When I asked for what I was missing they walked away without saying anything and handed it to me like I was being inconvenient to them. They also forgot my drinks, which I had to PROVE I paid for because they said I never asked for drinks. Honestly, 0/5 stars.

I asked for 2 nacho bell grandes with chips on the side and the topping in another container. I didnt get that I got 2 small bowls of bean that’s not even half of what should be in it, small containers of cheese and tomatoes and sour cream again not even half of what should be in it …. And NO meat….. where’s the meat I spend to much money on this place for them to not take the order correctly.

This Taco Bell don’t take pride in the service food all crushed and thrown together. Something so easy to do and they can’t seem to do it right. It’s nasty and thrown together yes it’s fast food but at least make it presentable.

I ordered 12 burritos. Got to the window the girl told me my total. $31.33. I gave her a $50. She took it and then comes back and said, “do you have another bill?” All I had was 2 5’s and some 1’s. I said no and she said we can’t take this. I asked her why she couldn’t take it and she said “my manager doesn’t want to risk it” , keep in mind it was 8pm. So my kid jumped out ran to McDonald’s and asked to break it, they did not problem. I ended up paying with a card because there was a line behind me. Have me the food and I left to get my kid. Got home and she gave me someone else’s order. I called the store 2 time and no answer. So I drove back to the store. Went in and she already knew why I was there. She handed me my correct order and said thank you. I took the other order with mine. My point to this is I went through the drive thru for a quick stop for dinner. Instead I spent almost 2 & 1/2 hour getting dinner. Do better Taco Bell!!!
