I had such high hopes when ChatGPT listed Valley as local’s #1. Then I pulled up and saw that gorgeous neon sign and packed restaurant. But alas the pie didn’t live up to my high expectations. Toppings were fresh, sauce was nice flavor and right amount but the crust, ugh. Someone prove this is not Papa John’s dough recipe. The look, smell, taste, texture is so similar. One bite and I immediately thought this. Airy and pillowy with a slight crisp. A bit sweet and not much flavor or character. The green chile topping saved this from being 3 star.

Just got my first delivery from them. Was disappointed. Everything was luke warm, had to warm everything back up. Mind you I live less then 5min away, but am unable to commute atm. Would not recommend wings, not mixed well and seems like frozen wings. I also got the collosal cookie, it was burt. Pizza burnt. Prob won’t go back for long time.

I have been ordering Pizza and other food from Valley Pizza for 17 years. I have never, ever had any issue with their pizza or any dish they have served. Their sauce is awesome, and the food is great. Their service and staff have always been friendly and nice, even though over the years some have changed. I rate them a 5 because they are 1 of 4 of the very best places in all of the Las Cruces area who have the closest pizza to New York. NO, NYC Slice House is NOT in the 4. They are not even close.

Such happy employees, we went at lunch time. They have a $5 daily lunch special, The $5 special has different options so you’ll have to ask. I got the two pieces of veggie pizza, (3 veggie toppings), and a bottle of water. Delicious! Great flavor, great crust. Just the right combo of crispy/chewy. Yummmmmmmmm
