Usually Taco Bell customer service is pretty good but the evening shift I come in waiting for a DoorDash order that’s ready and I see all the workers on their phone. “Employee said sorry thought you was trying to order.” What did that had to do me standing in front of cashier waiting!! And on their phones for long time!! That’s not what they are paid for!! Where is management!

Taco Bell did me dirty again. This is a grande steak breakfast burrito. You pay extra for steak. It’s 95% egg. Where’s the other ingredients? Ugh. I don’t even like egg, I came for the steak and potato.
I’ve placed online orders, went to pick them up and have been told I already picked them up. I’m always missing items. I order through the app and will take ingredients off and end up with extra of whatever it is I remove. They like playing games at this location.

Where I’m from in Colorado, the Taco Bells are no where near as clean and kind as this one is! The older gentleman cleaning the lobby was so sweet to every customer that walked in, and even organized the sauces nicely. The food was hot and correct. I wish I could always come here!
