If you’re gonna have a store and online, it says that you’re open 24 seven and on the McDonald’s app it also says that you’re open later than you actually are then you’d figure it shouldn’t let any of the orders actually go through but no to my surprise, I placed an order around 950 and it went through, The app said I was able to pick up my order soon and that it was going to be ready through the drive-through. I pulled up and a complete ghost town now I have to go back the next day just so that I can get my refund and a waste of my time and there is no other way to do it because their phones also aren’t connected to the store

Stopped by here twice on my way to work and 2 times they forgot my breakfast sandwiches. I called in to tell the manager she said her name was Christy and they would make note im owed four sandwiches. I went into the store today and told them and they said they had no note and no one named Christy and they wouldn’t give me my food. Manager had some weird name like elvira. Super rude and didn’t seem to care about her staffs mistake.

The times are not accurate. It says they close at 11 pm and I’ve gone twice at 10pm and it’s already closed. The mobile app even let me place an order for pick up

Just got home from going thrive thru at this location, my order is completely wrong my hot CHOCOLATE doesn’t even have chocolate, our happy meal is not complete they forgot my sons apples, my husband order is completely wrong. We waited in line for a while and as we were waiting by the window we see the staff nonchalant eating, laughing, joking which is fine but have the decency to make the order right since you have so much time on your hands. Very disappointed.

I ordered a #4D. What I received for almost $12 was half of a chicken sandwich, with the other half filled with 4 slices of tomatoes. When I returned for a refund and asked for a manager, a rude, disrespectful woman named JAN was who I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with. She immediately threw my receipt in the trash and walked to the back of the kitchen. Another lady, who was actually respectful, came over to help. JAN soon returned after the other lady fished my receipt out of the trash, with what I thought was my refund for the poorly made order. Once I got into my car, I realized she had only given me a portion of the money I had paid.
KEEP IT JAN. YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED IT MORE THAN I DO!! I’d rather go about my day than go back in and deal with JAN’s toxicity.
