I placed my order. I went through the drive through and was handed a sprite and a sweet tea. Told to go to second window. They brought my food. They forgot 2 mini McFlurrys. So we told a guy with black glasses and had on a grey sweatshirt with no hoodie. Or a grey jacket. One he mumbled the whole time and was rude to my wife. Then came back and said that the people at the first window already gave us the McFlurrys which they didnt. Then he mumbles and asks to see the bag for the receipts. So he snatches the receipt off the bag and goes back and gets the already made McFlurrys. Extremely unprofessional behavior at the drive-thru window.

After placing a simple order (a kids meal and two mini McFlurrys), the employee at the second window accused us of already receiving items we clearly had not. When my wife calmly handed him the receipt to clear it up, he snatched it off the bag with an attitude, instead of taking it respectfully.

There was no apology, no explanation, and no basic courtesy just a dismissive attitude and poor customer service. Regardless of any confusion, there is no excuse for treating a customer, especially a woman, with that level of disrespect.

Fast food or not, employees should be trained to communicate professionally and treat customers with basic decency. This experience left a very bad impression, and management should seriously address how staff interact with the public.

Also to inquire about the dude if he’s a manger or whatever I get hung up on.

Well butter my biscuit and call me tickled pink — all thanks to Gianna! That girl is sweeter than sweet tea on a hot July day. Even took the time to wish us a happy Valentine’s Day… why, that just warmed my old heart clear through

Those fries came out fresh and hotter than a two-dollar pistol, and the food was fixed up just right — not a complaint in sight. I tell ya what, that Micky Deez really hit the nail on the head this time. Y’all done made this old gal happier than a hen in a henhouse!

After the heard of hearing girl working the 1st window/drive-thru was incredibly impolite…we were instructed to pull in and wait for our order. We wished her a Happy Thanksgiving, despite her behavior and she didn’t even a knowledge us…Thankful for “Mercedes” (the girl who brought our food out) who turned the service around for us, being extra kind—she should get a holiday raise!

It’s nice sometimes, but a few times they tell you to wait in a parking spot or at the second window. When that happens, you get to watch a few cars get their food well before you get yours. I watched 5 cars get their food and drinks before me. Then I got home and found out they shorted me a sandwich.

Might be the best McDonald’s in Maryland. I know it’s still a fast food joint, but after a recent renovation, it’s a beautiful restaurant. The service here has always been pleasant and speedy. The food is typical McDonald’s food, but when it’s hot and fresh, even McDonald’s can be delicious.

Well done to the management team and staff running this one!

The dining room was dirty and needed the tables and floor cleaned. There are no napkins available unless asked for. Parking is less than accommodating.

TL;DR: This McDonalds is usually ok, but during the last visit, a burger wasn’t cooked all the way through, having the center be raw and ripe for foodborne illness. Check your food at this location before eating

We have gone to this McDonalds for years now, and our experiences with them has already been fairly mixed, with some times being spot on order and delicious, while others were wrong orders, incorrect food/additions to food, or service wasn’t great. However, our most recent visit has crossed the line. Everything was doing just fine, I got a Quarter Pounder meal, my mom got a Filet O Fish meal. I could see the sides of the patty visibly pink. I go ahead and deconstruct everything to make sure it’s all good, there’s loose shreds of lettuce on it (which I don’t mind lettuce, I do mind possible cross contamination). Although the sides of the patty were pink, the top and bottom was fine: brushing it off since a little patty on a burger probably wouldn’t hurt, went ahead and took a bite. Cold in the middle, and a darker pink. Inexcusable, since those getting food could be getting SICK due to incompetence of the workers in the kitchen. Although it’s a longer drive, we’ll be eating at the Mechanicsville restaurant for a while, perhaps permanently. For anyone going to this McDonalds, check absolutely everything before you drive away, even if you have to pull into a parking spot, or you could be disappointed and possibly get sick.
