I guess it’s my fault for doing the same thing and expecting different, but somehow every time I go here , usually between the hours of 9-pm and close, the beef pattie’s on any burger I get are burnt around the edges and inedible to me. Even if I order them fresh they will be burnt and gross. I’ve never had this issue at any other McDonald’s in my life and I’ve been to dozens.

I barely come here due to slow service, order is always wrong. Yesterday I come through drive thru to place my son and mine lunch. Which is a 6pc nugget happy meal, a Large #9 (2 cheeseburger meal) no pickles, extra onions, light ketchup, tried to add light mayo, but tge lady that was taking the order was extremely slow and couldn’t type in the order correctly. Took me 15 minutes to place the order. Now I used a gift card that was given to my son from his great nana, I head to pick up my order and the manager on duty apologies for the slowness of the person, then says she needs to retire. I get home to cold food and nasty fries. Now I only live 2 minutes away. I called spoke to the manager and she wrote my name down and what I ordered in the book. So today we come inside to eat, same lady from yesterday at the front. Placed my order told her what everything was and how I wanted it. Manager comes over to comp the meals and she said oh i guess the happy meal is on us even though its suppose to be and then pretty much asks not for a bad review. Comes out, yet again. Both cheeseburgers were cold. Not made the way I wanted ( no pickles, extra onions, light ketchup and mayo) and extremely cold burgers. One cheeseburger had no onions, one pickle and light ketchup where as the other cheeseburger had no onions no pickles and just mayo. Like seriously how hard is it to make a hot food to the way the paying customer wants. I can go to the one in Lecanto, crystal river or the one by 19 and 98 across from Sugar Mill Publix and have everything hot and made the way I ask. This place needs to be restrained, new staff and management.
Plus corporate needs to give us options to add their gift cards as payments on the app like all the other fast food places.

Remodeled and looks like a cheap Motel 6 lobby. We stopped in for a coffee and an apple pie. The coffee was warm colored water. Absolutely ZERO coffee flavor. The apple pie, dried out. What the heck has happened to McDonald’s?

So today at 10:35 am weds 18th the lady working the window and the employees there working now are the worst ever . I should have taken pics but I was too irritated. They didn’t even give us our whole order and then laughed about it when we went back for what we paid for . No napkins no condiments no straw and the fries had like a coating of old grease obviously from the breakfast run and dirty as hell . I mean it usually ain’t this bad it’s never good but omg today was the worse food and service yet and it’s just Homosassa you can’t find a decent food place at all. Always dirty always poor service the workers are always the lowest moral poorest service . Don’t even ask about my Dairy Queen experience. Half mixed crap . I’m not expecting fine dining here but cmon this is literally dog food at this point anymore

Everytime i come here its an extreme wait..
If u come in the front to dine in you will be standing here about 7 mins before anyone acknowledges your in the lobby, and expect another 10 Mina before they speak to you again. Oh and of you ask for help they are extremely rude. its crazy…also dashers beware if they say its ready it’s not. So take your time. I honestly dont know whats the problem here. There was 2 cars in drive through when I was there an one guy standing at the counter waiting for his kids sprite and one guy waiting for a coke an me a dasher it was terrible they need new management an or management who cares about making revenue .

French fries were hot! Perfectly salty. My kid said their value double was good and the nuggets were good in the Happy Meal as well.

I dont know what’s up with this McDonalds, anytime after 9pm here is a guaranteed 20 minute wait time. For what? I have no idea. And the manager isnt rude but surely doesn’t take anytime to speak to you.
Just going to stop going i waste more gas sitting waiting on them then just going somewhere else.

25 minutes for 1 large fry on multiple occasions is ridiculous. Its not just once but every dang on time we go. The food ain’t even hot there cold!!!!! Wth is wrong with yall. Never any change or improvement, its a waste of money and time but I can’t stop coming because my special child bless his heart only wants Mc Donalds cold 25 min in line fries. I promise in the last month we spent a full tank of gas waiting for them to make us fries because thats all we order. I feel like they cook them in the beautiful hot grease just to cool them for 20 more minutes and finally serve it. God bless there hearts. They need guidance and better managers to encourage and help to get there restaurant back in the race for the fastest food that we all love and remember from years ago.

I just left McDonald’s it’s 6:43 on October 31st they were not that busy but by the service I received I’m not surprised. I asked employee if they had green boo bucket my granddaughter requested that he said no they only had red and black so I asked for black but he put it in the red and then argued that because he put it in the red bucket I couldn’t have the black well I asked for manager 10 minutes later he says oh I am the manager he also gave the drink without any ice and not even full I had to ask him to add the ice. It was incredibly argumentative for no reason. I would say this manager if he really is a manager needs more retail training.

I ordered a cappuccino with whipped cream and caramel and a few other things they gave me the traditional cappuccino cup the brown coffee cup, and it was icy cold to the touch and I went ahead and took a drink, and it was completely icy cold I took it back inside and they said they could not make another one because they were out of milk and they had no more hot milk. The reason it was cold was because they had to use cold milk. I said I ordered a hot coffee not a hot milk, but they said that’s how they make it and they had no more hot milk so they could not make Another cappuccino for me. He went ahead and refunded the wrong amount to me and he threw my cappuccino in the trash and I realized I should’ve just asked him to put it in the freaking microwave because that would’ve solved the whole thing but I was just really baffled by the whole cold milk cold coffee is how they make a cappuccino thing.
