Was craving Mexican and this place was one of the only ones open at night. I ordered a 20$ carne asada plate and did not check the food until I got home which was a big mistake. The beans and rice were served in such small portions and the asada was just a monstrosity. I was served a slab of very little seasoned meat that was completely tough and dry on some parts and borderline raw and chewy on other parts. Every other mexican place serves asada in thinly cut portions of meat, not actual slabs of steak that have tough pieces of fat. The salsas they provided could not save the meat as it also barely had any flavor, it ruined my appetite and I couldn’t even finish the food and was left still hungry.

First, one of the ladies on the front is always with attitude, and when you ask her anything about the food, she says she doesn’t know because she doesn’t eat red meat, but she sells meat all day .

I ordered 3 things, and all came so disgusting and no flavor, and taco was not fully cooked and cold with small portions of meat, and the skin of the avocado was in the taco. The guacamole was dark color and old look like leftover from a few days ago and not fresh at all . Is not the first time this happened, my cuzen ordered, and my friend came out the same way… look at the picture and see their advertising and the food they give me is a big difront.. now my new spot called Taco Junior on Robert rd and 95th are way better and orginal…

First time eating at restaurant, was very presentable with clean tables and welcoming staff, ordered food and refreshments were served within minutes, great waitress that night!!
Taco dinner was delicious with all the flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine…my partner ordered a quesadilla as it was late into the wee hours, we appreciated the restaurant still open.
Only issue was the brown guacamole, they say you eat with your eyes and we did not touch at all.
Kitchen rule of thumb, if it look’s brown or discolored don’t serve….well try again very soon..

I ordered takeout and the service was fine, no issues there. But the quesabirria tacos were really bad: the meat didn’t taste good and after eating them I felt sick. Honestly, I expected much more from such a popular dish, but I was very disappointed and I wouldn’t order them here again.

This place is open late and their food is average best. If you’re hungry and in the area, of course stop by. Skip the “bistec a la mexicana” and stick to the tacos, tortas and burritos. The shrimp cocktail and the tacos de birria are very good. The service is very slow, the staff just seems confused and uncoordinated. It was my first time here, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here.

Ordered 3 tacos and a steak burrito with cilantro and onion. Burrito ended having cheese lettuce beans and tomato. No cilantro, no onion. Called to tell them and lady said the cook said he put cilantro and onion. I told her I’ll send her a picture. She said for me to come back and show her the burrito, I live 30 minutes away and wouldn’t. She didn’t believe me. If you want to get something you didn’t order. This is the place for you. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Garbage & rude customer service.

If you order tacos, they give you American style by default. Why would the default be American style. It’s a Mexican restaurant.. the default should be cilantro and onion.

The tacos was not bad. I liked them but when I asked for tomato on my tacos they put a half slice of tomato on each taco which is unusual but tacos were still good. I really don’t like the waitresses attitudes here. There’s one waitress that’s very rude and snotty as if she’s mad she has the wait on me this isn’t good customer service I wish they had more friendlier waitresses than the ones they have now. Other than that the food’s decent and so are the prices!

This place has the best burritos that I have ever had. And it is also so cheap. My husband and I are totally full from two burritos and we paid less than 20 dollars. I will come back here often.
