We had a fantastic meal at Zizzi Lincoln! We ordered the pesto rosso, chicken prosciutto salad, and the wagyu royal pizza – all absolutely delicious. The food was beautifully cooked and packed with flavour, and we shared everything so we could try each dish – a brilliant way to enjoy the menu.
The drinks selection was great, and the service really stood out – the staff were friendly, attentive, and very efficient.
If I had to be ultra-critical, the restaurant could benefit from a deep clean – the decorative trees were dusty and the toilets could be fresher – but this didn’t spoil our experience.
Overall, top marks for the food and service. We’ll definitely be returning!

The food was amazing here. The pizzas are to die for. They’re very well made and prepared. The staff were mostly friendly and efficient with a couple that could do with some customer service training. The atmosphere was great but we found the restaurant very cold.

Really busy when we got here as it was 1pm on Wed of half term but we were seated and served really quickly, the food was fantastic as always. Tried the new duck dish which was sooo good, loved that the hot honey came separately so you can add to your own taste ❤️

We had a lovely time dining as a family of five. The food was absolutely delicious—our youngest even finished his entire pizza, which says a lot! We enjoyed a quick meal before a trip to the cinema this evening. Our drinks order was collected and delivered quickly and our food order was also processed efficiently. We were very pleased with the delicious food ordered from a new revised menu, and if we had given ourselves more time, we would have enjoyed more. Our waitress, Hannah, was very polite, professional and made us feel welcome and valued as customers. Although this was a Monday evening and the restaurant was quite quiet, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the building lovely and warm.

Anya and Megan were wonderful! It was my partners and I one year anniversary and both of them were extremely helpful, kind, considerate and sweet. My partner and I didn’t like our original drinks and they quickly changed them for us. The food was amazing and I am definitely coming back! Thank you Anya and Megan for making our dinner so lovely !!
