I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal thru carryout and this is what I was given. Both burgers are covered in sauces plus what I assume is big Mac sauce. The fries I got were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for days. Would never recommend this McDonald’s to anyone, ever. Not the first problems I’ve had with them. Need a refund? Manager refuses to refund anything and its a hassle to get ahold of corporate to get your money back. Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE else.

The Employee working tonight, taking orders for drive thru and money at the window; I just want to say she made an extremely stressful situation manageable. I was lost with a sick screaming 8 month old and when I pulled around to window to pay she was patient while I fumbled for my wallet and without hesitation looked at me and said its okay Momma just pull over and take your time! She had no idea how powerful that was. I needed to hear that. So if your ever lost 2 hours in the opposite direction you should be. Just pull in pull over and breathe. If shes working no explanation needed she will understand!

It really is a good thing there is such an outstanding, friendly young gentleman working the pick-up window. He is great with the customers when they are agitated. It’s been a mad house lately. Easy 20-minute wait in line, every time. Then asked to pull up and wait somemore. No joke, i was asked to move up, 2 inches. I was still at the window lol. It has not been worth the wait, multiple times now.
I’ve said it before, but this is not fast, cheap food anymore. Since that is the case, I would at the lease expect the McDonalds standard.

They are never prompt, the drive thru staging area always seems be full. The employees are univiting.
A few miles down the road at the Seaman location, you’ll get better service and you’re in and out quickly.

With A big family, Noone ever agrees on where we should eat. The younger kids are always pulling for McD’s. The rewards help with our budget and everyone’s happy! We Love our McD’s and the staff that works there!

I had redeemed 4500 points for a frappe, but their machine was down and they were very helpful. They replaced the frappe for a milkshake. I think that’s honestly a good thing to do.

Great experience. Service was prompt, the staff was friendly, the food was well cooked and cared for, my order was correct. I went through the drive thru, they were busy, and yet the efficiency was top notch. 10 out of 10. If I lived around there, I would go back for sure.

Oh wow. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve not only had at a McDonald’s, but a restaurant ever. Lobby was empty when we walked in and waited 10 minutes before we decided to order on the kiosk. Proceeded to wait 30 more minutes on our food, meanwhile people came in, got their food and left. When we did get our food, it was wrong. Didn’t get our drink cups. But the time we got to eat, half the food was cold because we were still waiting on the correct orders. Other customers were waiting up front with us and we could all see our food in bags just sitting there for a long time, and at one point they took the Big Mac out of our bag, handed it out through the drive through, and then we had to wait more. Absolutely terrible.

I only got cookies as a snack and the wrappers are COVERED in grease. I do not reccomend getting food here unless you want your fingers to be greasy…..

I don’t expect much out of McDonald’s… but this place gets worse each time I have been there. Whoever came up with the business model to never give anyone their food and make everyone pull forward must have never taken lean training.
