Food was great but it is way too cold inside and it took half an hour to get our food. The staff was kind and helpful but they waited about 15 minutes to tell us that some people didn’t come in so they haven’t actually started our order, we understood but could’ve used that info a little sooner.

The workers opened up food after cleaning without washing their had and without wearing gloves. They also have a very bad attitude. They won’t even give you a full refund after waiting almost 20 mins for order. And even then, it was wrong order again and was not handled properly by any of ataff including the Manger. Again, they reused the same incorrect sandwich and tried to give that back to me after other employees already opened it without washing hand or wearing gloves after having cash / trash. Very rude staff !!!!!! And dirty!!!

The staff was impeccable!
They were all professionally uniformed and at their stations working. No slacking, no one on their phones, no playing around, no yelling or being loud. No music blasting from the kitchen.
Nathan, the manager, at my visit, was very professional and courteous.
I haven’t seen this much professionalism at a fast food restaurant in decades!

It was my Father’s Birthday he would of been 70 years old, I went to the cemetery and I decided to stop afterwards at this McDonald’s and BOY was it the BEST THING, I did!
There I met Adrian Navarro a young man who Welcomed me and my kiddos with a Big Smile Him not knowing How Sad we were, He took our order and when he found out, that I have food allergies, he went out of his was to make sure everyone in the cooking department was aware of my allergies! He was very Sweet, Friendly and very Caring, I needed that today!!! His Amazing personality was needed and he gave it completely! Thank you for having such a great young man working here! I don’t live in the area and this right Here has to be Recognized!!! He didn’t know how I was feeling, Yet he did his job Far beyond his job description!
With his Extra Kindness, this here, was what turned my evening around! He deserves a Raise! He did such an amazing job that, I asked him for his full name, Thanks for having him work there! Thanks to Everyone who cooked my meal and for making sure that my order was done correctly, so that I don’t get an allergy reaction! Thanks for having Amazing people working here!

Drive-thru order. The food was so bad, my teenager threw it away and I ended up going to Taco Bell. Fries were cold and old, nuggets hard, and mcchicken wasn’t any better. We won’t be going back.

Our fry boxes were half empty, and they forgot our sauces for the nuggets! These kinds of issues happen every time we go there. How hard is it to fill a fry box? So much for my wife’s birthday dinner. We won’t be returning.
