We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Good old fashion breakfast and lunch options. Nicely seasoned without over power the ingredients.
The 2 for $12 is a good option, took a half order of ham and Gruyere melt sandwich with the sweet honey Pecan salad was great.

First Watch never disappoints! The food is consistently delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the amazing service. We visit weekly and are always treated like family — the staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Even on busy Sunday mornings, the wait is absolutely worth it. We’ve been visiting for quite a while now and love coming on special occasions because they usually have a special menu. The food is always very flavorful and filling. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I dislike it when I have to ask for more to drink and that never happens. Even other staff members will check on you even if your not their customer.

The food and the drinks were all delicious! We started with an iced coffee, juice drink, and regular coffee. We had the lemon blueberry corn bread and million dollar bacon as a starter. All of our entrees were delicious as well! Highly recommend!!

Just one of the most delicious and good services I have experienced in northern Colorado, a variety of food, and a lot of healthy options and the juices with vitamins was just perfect to start your day with. This server was awesome. Gave us a lot of options. Ps: so affordable.

We found this place by chance because the spot we wanted to go to was super busy. We got here and had to wait maybe 5 minutes before they sat us. We had a friendly and kind waitress that took care of us. They had fun drinks that I never had before, we had the bacon shareable and I will say that is some awesome bacon I wanted more!! But I left room for the blueberry French toast that was amazing it came with lavender buttercream, not 100% sure but it elevated the dish even more with flavor. Definitely, a place I recommend for a good breakfast or brunch date.

Food was definitely high quality. I had forgotten how good it was to go to First Watch. The Monterey Club was perfection. Super packed with turkey and bacon and avocado. I would definitely recommend especially if you’re really hungry. I also tried the Lavender Berry French Toast. It’s definitely very lavendery!!!! Great quality of bread used for the French toast. Loved every bite. Service was on par as well. Very quick and the Food was excellent! Who said you can’t have quick and delicious home cooked meals?
