Great place to get a classic burger with plenty of options for sides. Onion rings, cheese curds, tots or shoe string fries with or without chili. Hot dog or chicken sandwich will be my next choice. Amazing custard churned daily with a lot of add-ins. Great story of the founder on display over the condiments you should read.

Food was okay but the burger taste was a little off… As if the seasoning or cooking method was left out. Everything else was good as it should be. The staff were great. The establishment was clean. Easy to navigate to but getting back to the interstate can be tricky if you don’t understand the crazy traffic circle patterns to get back to the interstate!

Young workers are not professional at all sadly enough and I say this because it’s the second time something like this similar has happened.
I ordered inside at 9:41pm. Got it to go, so I can eat it in my car hot.
My hands were dirty from working all day.
I always wash my hands to be safe so I don’t get sick.
When I grabbed the bathroom door to wash my hands for the men’s room.It said currently being cleaned on sign.
Which was odd
Because the restroom should be cleaned after they closed in 20 minutes and not when anyone could walk in and order something.And have to use the restroom.
So I just open the door and ask nicely if I could, please just wash my hands.
The young worker told me she could not do that.And did not explain why nor did she say, sorry, I can’t do that.
Then, I asked nicely the cashier if I could please just use the women’s restroom. Since there was nobody in the restaurant or in the restroom.
He said, unfortunately I could not wash my hands in either one due to policy and I would have to walk across the street to a gas station.And use their restroom.Wash my hands before I got my food which was coming out any second.
This is beyond unprofessional and just awful that these young people can’t understand that us paying customers need to be able to use the restroom to wash our hands or use it.
We might need to wash our hands.So we don’t get sick especially
And what happens if somebody needs to use the restroom.
The cashier told me that I have to go across the street to the gas station to use the restroom.
Then of course I would have to come back to get food. That is would be getting cold that they already ordered
Anyway, this is just beyond comprehension that that these 2 college-age, younger adults can’t even understand common sense.
And professionalism that people are paying good money for food. And qe should be able to use the restroom to wash our hands or go to the restroom.During business hours.
Instead it’s freezing cold out and they want to get everything done 20 minutes before they close
Which makes absolutely no sense and this is just so wrong and selfish.
Anyway, it’s probably a good thing.And I just need to stay away from freddy’s even though your food is delicious, but pricey.
And when we pay a good price and get excellent food like that. We expect to at least be able to wash our hands and use a restroom. And not get some ridiculous answers.Like its policy and we can’t wash our hands.We have to go across the street.

Ordered drive thru and was the only person in line and it took 15 minutes. Handed me a drink with no straw and the fries weren’t fresh. We typically like this location but they weren’t on their A game this time. Burger was good.

It had been a long time since I went to a Freddy’s…years in fact. I’m really glad my wife and I took our kids here (they’re young, both under 10). We met up with some friends and got a meal. The staff were super friendly, seemed like they enjoyed their job and were very helpful.
There was plenty of space and the windows around the whole dining area created a very nice atmosphere.
The food was also delicious! I haven’t had such a good burger (steak burger) in a good long time.
I’m definitely putting Freddy’s back on my list of places to eat when out and about.

Totally disappointed, I wanted fries with my meal and they way it is written it infers that you get, fries, tots or chips, & a drink. This place is legendary allegedly and they didn’t know how to write their sign… Basic English.
All meals include drink, and 1 of the following, fries, tots, chips.
Sauce should be added to their prime rib steak burger if the others come with it!

First, I don’t speak well, so I admit the first part may be on me. When I got to the window, we had to re-place my order, that’s fine. They had me pull forward and wait, okay. Fifteen minutes later I have to go in, and they forgot all about my order.
The place looked absolutely filthy. I observed one of employees drop a towel on the filthy floor, pick it up and start “cleaning” the ice cream machine.
It seemed to me they were more concerned with closing the place down then taking care of the customers.
The pics show how the burger maker put my burger together. I think it it was the manager. Sorry I bothered you guys.
I understand it’s difficult to run a restaurant in today’s world, but my experience tonight was awful.

Had never been here before so decided to try it on a whim and SO glad I did! Got the Freddy’s original double steak burger AND the chili cheese dog (definitely a massive cheat day)…Make sure to get EVERYTHING on it (no pickiness allowed!) and you won’t regret it. It’s like diner food/DQ food, but far FAR superior. Could eat the Original Double steak burger every day the rest of my life and be completely happy!
