Founded in 1901 by Izzy Kadetz, Izzy’s was the first Kosher style delicatessen west of the Alleghenies. The famous reuben is OUT OF THIS WORLD! The corned beef is sliced so thin, I literally melts in your mouth! The sandwich is moist and flavorful and piled high with meat!!!!! Stephanie was on top of the service and it added to the joy of eating here!!!!

Took my elderly mom for lunch today, we were welcomed and helped to a table by the staff as soon as we walked in -really friendly, efficient service. we got Rubens and potato pancakes. They were really generous sized and tasty. Very pleasant lunch.

We don’t eat out, or dine in very much. Today, on a whim we went to this location. Just needed a good lunch. It took us a few to order because we weren’t familiar with the menu. Then we quick got our order in as the place started to fill at lunchtime. I had the Reuben Salad, as it had been recommended to me. This location does a steady stream of pick up as well. Our server was fabulous. Attentive, but didn’t hover. Made sure we had everything we needed. We felt special and this was a great visit for us. We will be back. Thanks for being in our neighborhood!

I ate there today. The food was the best thing I’d eaten in a long time. The Reuben was amazing. I also love the potato cakes. What was really exceptional though, was the customer service. They seem to be operating with a full staff and everyone was super friendly and attentive to our needs. This is the first time I’d had this happen in awhile. Great job.

This small Italian deli has a warm atmosphere. The place is clean and the staff inviting. There is a large variety of foods, which can also be tailored to your specific tastes. They gave men’s and women’s restrooms with wheelchair accessibility. My smoked turkey was doctors and the potato cake was crispy! The Reuben naked, that my friend had also looked tasty. Our server was on point and took great care of us.

First time visitor. I’ve never had a Reuben before and I’m not a fan of sauerkraut… but when I tell you I ate and left no crumbs! I got the full Reuben sandwich grilled and ate half there with the potatoe pancake and took the other half home and THOROUGHLY enjoyed it reheated in the air fryer. It was hot, flavorful, and delicious. The sauce is good on everything as well. And our server was amazing. Very kind and attentive.

Izzy’s is seriously slacking on the meats. I have never had a CB or Pastrami so thin in my life! Never had a sandwich so thin but charge what they charge smh. Get it together!
