I ordered a burger.
Sonic gave me a crime scene.
The bacon wasn’t just burnt, it was carbonized. I’m talking end of days, Mad Max, “we grilled this in the core of the sun” bacon. One strip looked like it had teeth marks, and I’m not sure if they were mine or its.
And listen, I get it. Accidents happen. But burnt bacon is one thing.
Serving it anyway? That’s a whole new level of culinary nihilism.
It’s common knowledge:
If the bacon looks like it’s been through a house fire, you don’t put it on anyone’s burger. Especially not when they’re paying actual money and expecting actual food.
I didn’t order a burger with “extra regret.”
I didn’t ask for “crispy despair.”
I just wanted lunch.
Sonic, please if the bacon starts to resemble roofing material, maybe don’t serve it to humans.

The is one of the worst restaurants ever!!! Rude employees who don’t give a crap about their job. Apparently the manager there had his entire staff walk out and quit on him in one day. I can definitely understand why, if he’s treating employees anything like he treats customers. I would walk out to if I was working there. My wife and her friend went back there last night. They pulled into a parking spot and pushed the order button just for female voice on the other side to answer with one phrase “drive through”. They sat there for a second confused. The female on the other side then said in a rude and unprofessional tone ” I’m the only working here right now, y’all are going to need to come through the drive through.” No “please” “sorry for the inconvenience” or anything. I’ve worked customer service for many years.politeness and genuine respect go a long way in this industry. Needless to say they pulled away from the restaurant and didn’t place an order. We’ll never return to this sonics and several of our friends and family have learned how horrible this place is and will never return either. If I could give zero stars I definitely would!!

Placed a mobile order. When I pulled up and checked in they came to my car to ask what I had & I told them. They told me they didn’t have ice cream so they couldn’t make my shakes, I asked for a refund and they told me there was no manager on duty and they couldn’t do it… once I got home EVERYTHING was burnt and inedible. Customer Service number was no help in getting a refund either. So I guess I will have to waste more of my time coming back over here to get my money back. Unacceptable, I won’t be a customer at this location again.

Definitely the worst Sonic experiences I’ve had. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and when we finally got our food, it didn’t even resemble typical Sonic quality. The chicken strips were overcooked and didn’t look like they came from Sonic at all. The fries and tots were also overdone and unappetizing. My kids and I ended up throwing everything away—it just didn’t look safe or appealing to eat. It seemed like only one person was working, and while I sympathize with that, this location clearly needs more support. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

I’ve been here a few times before with no problems. Made a mobile order and the stall I pulled in to was unavailable for check in. I pulled into a mobile order stall and checked in with no trouble at all. While waiting for my order I did notice a few cars pull into other stalls and then leave. I’m assuming this place is drive through or mobile ordering only at this time. Decided to read the reviews while I waited on my order and was surprised by all of the bad reviews. Started getting a little nervous but our food came out in less than 10 minutes after ordering. My order was correct and the food hot and fresh, like always. Left this review because I feel they need more positive ones. A decent Sonic is difficult to find these days, and I’ll for sure be coming back to this one.

This is my second time in about a month. Last time I waited 30 minutes, after placing a ln order on the app. The burger wasn’t even what I ordered and the tots were cold as ice. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no mayo, tots, and a half sweet half unsweetened tea. What I got was a cold single burger with burnt bacon between 2 buns, cold tots, and an all sweet tea after wsiting. I called customer service and was given a $5 gift card. I thought I would use it today. Hoping the service and order was just a fluke last time. I placed another order through the app and used my $5 gift card. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no mayo, tots, a root beer, and added mozzarella sticks. What I got was cold tots, correct drink, mozzarella sticks cold like they weren’t cooked long enough, and a bacon double cheeseburger with some kinda red sauce like maybe bbq. I waited again 30 minutes after the 15 minutes it took me to drive to the location. There was NO other cars when ai pulled into the parking lot. 3 cars did go through the drive thru whole I was waiting and about 5 minutes after I pulled in another car pulled into the waiting area for a pickup. Both of us waiting hot our food orders at the same time. I’m not even going to bother calling corporate as I won’t be eating at this place again. I’m not into wasting $18 bucks on food that’s cold and not right.

About a month ago I placed an UberEats order for the family. It said it would be 20 mins, which I know is an estimate. An hour and 20 mins later, I finally get my food. Only 1 of the 5 meals ordered was correct. I tried to call the store but they never picked up. UberEats was great and refunded it. I figured that was fluke and every store has a bad day. However, I ordered again tonight and SAME thing happened. It’s been almost an hour, the UberEats driver just got my food. They were telling him he just had to wait. I’ve tried to call up there and they don’t pick up. I got my order and it’s wrong again. They didn’t give me the sides I ordered and included on the burgers all the ingredients we said we didn’t want. They have lost me as a customer.

Be very careful of what employees tell you at this location. Had ordered online and did not notice it changed my location to this one. I IMMEDIATELY called and asked to cancel the order, and was told that there was no manager at that location, and as long as I don’t check in I won’t be charged. Well that was a lie. So they got 15 dollars without ever even making the order. Be careful ordering at this location unless you want an unexpected donation like I did.

I was picking up an order to deliver to a customer for Uber eats. The directions said pull up to the drive. Hit the red button and wait. Said do not use the drive-through. We waited almost 10 minutes after hitting the red button for silence somebody came through the speaker and very rudely said that the drive-through only was in service. Pulling around to the drive-through continuously very rude. We told them the name pulled up and picked up the food. Never was greeted never said have a good day this place has poor customer service and I can see why there won’t any customers around. I certainly would never eat here and I hope I don’t have to come back to pick up food here anymore.

i stopped by here on the way home to get myself, my son, and 2 sisters something to eat. there was no one in line when we got there so it wasn’t busy. we waited easily 25 minutes. once we got home (we live not even 5 minutes away) the food was not even fresh (considering we waited 25 minutes it should have been fresh) and the large chili cheese fry i ordered wasn’t even a full large order, picture below for reference. don’t think i will be back here.
