First impression, was definitely looking for an authentic burger restaurant! Well, I found one!
My son and I had lunch today at Canyons in downtown Woodstock.
I just had the double Smashburger. I don’t eat as much in my old age so I did not order fries or any other side. Basically a burger and a Yuengling lager! Honestly that’s about as good as it gets for a really solid lunch!
The food was real quality, not that much more than the so-called fast food we know today. In an era where McDonald’s Wendy’s and Burger King are charging 10+ dollars for so-called value meals that are made of complete garbage, or what I like to refer to as Frankenberger’s ! Very little meat with 30% of fillers and bullshit!
The $12 Berger was an actual bargain compared!

Great place in the middle of downtown Woodstock. Outdoor seating area allowed us to sit with the doggo while people watching. (would be nice to have some patio heating lamps ) My teeth finally stopped chattering when I bit into the fabulous 360 Burger. Tots and onion rings were extra crispy and they have great ranch. The staff was great and allowed us to order from the pickup windows since again, doggo in tow. Also scored a pup cup. Nothing but good things to say.

My husband and I had lunch here today and opted for one of the lunch specials. We each got a cheeseburger with crinkle fries with drinks…and spent LESS than if we’d gone to a fast food drive thru. Our burgers were so good! It was the perfect ratio of cheese and toppings to burger! The fries were great too! The seasoning was wonderful (and not too salty!) and they were crispy. The staff were all very friendly, from the young lady at the counter to the two guys who were keeping an eye on the dining room.(Managers maybe?) The gentlemen were bringing food out, clearing tables, and checking on customers. Great job y’all! We will definitely be back!! ⭐️

My sister in law recommended coming here since we were in the area. It’s in downtown Woodstock which I highly recommend parking at the parking deck. The restaurant was clean and the menu is easy to navigate. Nothing really stood out as amazing and some of the staff looked like they rather be somewhere else.
The food was nothing to crave over which I honestly can’t say, I would even recommend. I normally leave a lengthy review but again nothing stood out as amazing or have to tell.

We stopped by Canyons Fresh Grill in Woodstock and ordered the sweet potato fries — absolutely top notch! They were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and super tasty.

I showed up to pickup my food and my order hadn’t come through on the ticket so the restaurant wasn’t aware of the order. As I was turning to leave and figure out what to do, Michael stopped me and went above and beyond to help me and had the kitchen make my order for me asap!! I totally understand ticket machines malfunction since I used to work as a host/server myself and it’s not the staff’s fault. The food is great, the chicken tenders are so fresh and juicy and they gave me a nice portion of sweet potato fries that are just how I like them! Thank you so much for helping me out! Michael definitley deserves a raise!! 🙂

The crispiest tots I’ve had in a long time. Holy cow those were good! The chicken bites were the real surprise though, I could have eaten that for my whole meal. Delicious. Unfortunately, the burger was pretty disappointing: extremely dry and no flavor. My husband took just a couple of bites and didn’t finish it (and he’s not very picky, sorry honey if you’re reading this). I would still definitely give this place a shot though, it could have been an off day. The servers were hustling and place was very clean – nice atmosphere for lunch!

Nice burger but grilled cheese was disappointing. Atmosphere and service was good. Parking could be challenging, do you might have to go to the free parking structure a block away.

I really love to eat at Canyons lunch breaks! I have a great experience and the vibe is always nice! I want to shout out Becky for being so nice.
