Why have an app you can order on then get to location sat for 5 min no one came to ask me my order. Had to cancel on the app and go somewhere else. Btw it is 9:30pm. Does not close till midnight. You can hear people in there. Honored the horn 3 times. No one came to the window. Ridiculous! Shame on me because this is not the first time this happened at this location. Will be the last. .

Wow just wow..how this location stays in business I can’t imagine. 6pm and front door is locked no sign as to why we thought it was closed for some reason then walked all the way around thru flower bed to find the door close to drive thru is the only one open. We go in stood for atleast 5-6 minutes at the front counter before someone acknowledges us and comes to the counter. We ordered the food and the walk to the seating area was very adventurous. The floor was so slippery from being mopped w dirty water we were slipping and sliding all over the place.when the food came out it was cold. My little boys burger had a red hair in it. We almost threw up. Wendy’s need to pay attention to this place it’s brining their name down. Someone will slip and fall on that slippery floors. All the tables and seats were so sticky we had to get our own napkins and wet them in bathroom and wipe just so we can sit down and eat. Good thing we were just passing thru on our way to Florida. We will definitely never ever come back to this one even in the way back.

The location of this restaurant is ideal for attracting visitors—it’s right off the highway and surrounded by various establishments. However, the staff falls far short of what you’d expect for such a prime spot. The restaurant was dirty in several areas, and the staff was incredibly rude.

I tried to make a lighthearted joke and started laughing, but the manager, who wasn’t involved in the conversation, told me to stop. She became visibly upset and even started yelling because customers in the drive-thru kept ordering ice cream. The whole situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

As for the food, I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and the bacon cheeseburger. While it was okay, it could have been much better. The food was warm, not hot, and the chicken nuggets weren’t as crispy as they should’ve been.

I’m not sure if this location simply needs a new team or if it should cease to exist altogether, but I can say this: when I’m on the road again, I won’t be stopping here.

This wasn’t just the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had, but the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The staff member was intentionally trying to show me she had no interest in helping me. I ordered a single with with only pickles, onions and cheese. She paid no attention to me and picked up her phone to respond to a text. She then said, “What?” I repeated myself and she chomped her gum and said “you don’t want pickles?” I tried to explain it again and she just rolled her eyes. She was the most disrespectful server I have ever met. I truly felt sorry for her as her life has clearly not gone well. The food came out fast, but was cold and flavorless. I love Wendy’s, but this is a terrible location.

Ordered online tonight for 5 of us. Pulled to window and told us to pull up they would walk food out and took 20 minutes just to have old cold food. And I’m saying the fries were cold redips and sandwiches ice cold. May not have been a lot of money since we got biggie bags but still that’s a lot of money to us that was wasted. Horrible I normally don’t complain but nothing was hot or ever warm!

Dry and cold chicken nuggets only 45 min into lunch and then I asked for pickles and onions on my jbc and didn’t get it. I get mistakes happen but this wendys use to be good. It has really went downhill

Every other time we have been to this Wendy’s we have either had to deal with people who know nothing about customer service or orders not filled correctly. Pictured are fries in a recent order. Cold, hard and obviously they didn’t care. Nothing like getting home and can’t eat your fries because they’re horrible. Whatever you do, check you bag before you leave.

Hands down, the WORST fast food experience I’ve ever had! Let’s start with the sevice… It’s nonexistent! Stood at the pickup counter for over six minutes waiting for ketchup (condiment counter was completely out). Order was prepared wrong. Missing shakes, no extra lettuce, fries instead of chili, etc… The floor (at counter, in bathrooms, and dining area) were so saturated with grease, you need to stable yourself on the handrails! Its an absolute SAFETY HAZARD! Bathrooms were out of paper and simply a general wreck! I counted SIX different customers (in ten minutes) complain about the floor, lack of condiments, wrong orders, and condition of the tables. Now… lets talk “food quality”!

Soo sad that the “BIG 3s” prices keep going up, and you get less and less, what a waste of money for their profits!! I can buy a box of 6 – 1/3 pound Great Value Angus burger patties, buns, and a bag of fries at Walmart and feed 6 people good for what it cost for 1 person at these fast food “restaurants” and I’ll know what the ingredients in everything is!!! Do yourself and your family and your wallet a favor, do what I recommended, and “spend less, live better” !! Thinnest “burger pattie” I have ever seen, the salt and pepper packets are almost as thick, not to mention the 1 & 1/2″ by 2″ tiny piece of lettuce ohh… and it now takes 4 fries to equal the thickness of one they used to serve!!

Second time in two weeks, we went there.No tomatoes were put on both of our burgers. Ordered baked potatoes, extra butter, extra sour cream.Check the bag and there’s no sour cream.And the girl at the window is so rude. She proceeds to tell me that they are out of sour cream. Wouldn’t you tell somebody that before you ordered the potato’s. When asked, she slammed the window shut and walked off. We had to go to walmart to buy sour cream. Also, if you’re out of tomatoes, maybe that should be posted upon ordering as well.
