The service was great. The food was trash. Each of us (3) spent about $20 each and got crappy food. None of the burgers were fresh and seemed like they had been sitting half the day. The fries seemed like we got the last bit of fry crumbs. My friend didn’t like the mozzarella sticks. The sourdough bread on my burger was dry, tough, and a little burnt. The burger meat tasted like a elementary school burger. My double chicken sandwich was decent. The mini tacos and tacos were the only things that were good, hot, and fully edible. They didn’t have any Dr. Pepper. It really wasn’t the best food decision at all. Especially after spending $20 per person in this economy. Christian and the other woman were great. I’m glad we could make them laugh. Thank you!

We are from Southern California where Jack in the Box is common. My wife loves their Breakfast Jack and I like their tacos. I know, I know – they may or may not be tacos, but I like them. This restaurant was drive thru only, due to insufficient staffing, but we got reasonable service at the drive thru. Food was good, so we will be back.

We went to the other Jack in the box nearby this location last night and we ordered 20 orders of tacos. We were told that they had ran out (this is not the first time a Jack in the box does this to us) we are from out of state, very disappointing to get to a place hundred of miles away and be told they don’t have the only thing you go there for. So, we decided to place an order online at another one nearby, which happened to be this location. And when we got there the entire crew was almost done with it, no complain, everyone was happy and treated us like they appreciated our purchase! Just like it’s supposed to be!! Fatima was awesome! Best attitude we have ever experienced!!! The best tacos we have ever had from Jack in the box, they had a lot of everything! food was hot and fresh too!! Made with love! Thank you!!!

O-MY!! WE STOPPED IN LATE NIGHT AND ORDERED THE MAKE YOUR OWN COMBO AND THE MINI TACOS. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD, BUT THOSE TACOS WERE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. It’s been any number of years since I’ve eaten at a Jack in the Box. Primarily, because my memories of past years eating there were not the greatest.
I can’t comment on any other Jack in the Box, since this is the only one that I’ve eaten a few lunches from lately, as I’ve been helping out on a project in the immediate area.
Three out of the last 5 lunches have come from the drive thru at this particular Jack in the Box.
And I’ve tried 3 different combos, so it wasn’t some kind of fluke.
Their burger combos have been off the charts. Fresh everything, plenty of toppings and they were all fantastic. I feel like I’ve been cheated from every other fast food restaurant that I’ve eaten at.
The size, quantity and quality of the food has been consistent in both size and taste. I would actually get filled up from the combo that I ate.
Amber was working at the drive thru window today. And I commented that her window should be backed up all the way to the parking lot with the quality and taste of the food that they were serving. A very friendly, professional and courteous young lady.
In the picture, the “slices” of tomato are buried under that big lettuce leaf.
Check them out, I don’t think that anyone will be disappointed.

They are everywhere on the west coast. I wish they had more on this coast.
I got my sourdough breakfast jack. And the hubbs got the t-pain munchies meal. We INHALED THE FOOD we had just got back from Carowinds so we were HUNGRY HIPPOS . It was a good meal, would definitely be a regular if I lived close.

The cashier Sandra did an amazing job with their customer service she was friendly and kind towards me and my mother. She knew how to speak Spanish she did a good job the store was clean and the food is good.
