Their house-made terrine was delicious, full of flavor and clearly crafted with care. The catch of the day, hake, was beautifully cooked—perfectly tender—and served with a selection of tasty vegetables and a light, well-balanced sauce. My husband’s scallops were also perfectly prepared, with a lovely sear and delicate texture, although the accompanying risotto was a bit overcooked for our taste.
A special thank you to Euric, the resident wine expert, whose thoughtful pairings elevated our meal and whose other restaurant recommendations we truly appreciated. He also took the time to help me improve my French, which was such a kind and unexpected bonus.
Congratulations to the entire team at La Robe et Le Palais. This was a memorable evening, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Paris.
The house pate was delicious anms was the egg mayonaise.
The star of the show was the pork chop which we loved.
The wine, bread, butter, olive oil—every dish is absolutely delicious, and the staff’s service is wonderful!
I can’t wait to go again soon!
The eggplant grilled over charcoal is a must-try specialty!
It was a truly happy time.
My wife and I split the seared octopus as an appetizer. For our main courses, she had the scallop risotto and I had the mallard with vegetables.
The staff is amazing, and they made the overall experience worthwhile, as always. They recommended a fantastic salmon ceviche as a starter, and dor my main course, I had a delicious white fish which was perfectly paired with a glass of Riesling—I enjoyed it so much that I ended up buying a bottle to take home. You can’t go wrong eating here.
Service was excellent, warm and inviting by all servers and excellent English speaking staff.
