This place might as well shut down! They never answer their phone line. They never give you hot food. It’s always cold. They never get your order right either. It’s always an item or another meal missing from the bag. Don’t go here! Everything everyone is saying is true. We ordered at 5:05 and didn’t get our food until 5:55.That was only because we had been sitting in the drive thru alone the entire time, and finally chose to go inside. Then we found it sitting there in the bag. No one paying any attention to it. We had ordered on the app and tried to cancel, but it wouldn’t let us.

“I was really disappointed with my experience at Wendy’s. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. When I finally got my order, the food was cold and the burger was poorly made, with wilted lettuce and barely any toppings. The cookie tasted stale, like they’d been sitting out for a while. Just spent about 20 minutes waiting for an order that should only take a few minutes to prepare. The place is packed after I got here and I waited as long as I could. Now the app won’t give me a refund. I just spent $15 and some change for nothing. Their service is always slow, but this was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Shouldn’t have to pull over for two chicken sandwiches, a small nugget and a small fry. What is going on with this restaurant?
I called multiple times because the app would not let me cancel the order.. my man had a brain surgery so he could not wait any longer to eat. It shouldn’t take a half hour to get a meal that’s at a fast food restaurant. That is not fast food. That is more of a restaurant.
The lady finally answered the phone and told me that I would have to call the one 800 number which is a lie because I’ve been at the other Wendy’s & they have given me a refund on the app before. This is BS to treat customers like this. I hope they reprimand this person because it is absolutely wrong to treat people like dirt when they’re coming there for a service. They act annoyed that you’re there and that’s BS. That’s the opposite of the way they should act.

This place is special. The staff was friendly, the food was what you expected. The only thing off was the 10 minute wait… Followed by having to ask for our drinks they forgot, and then the cookies they forgot… The fries weren’t salted at all… But the kicker was that my triple burger came out as a sextuple burger. Not that more isn’t better usually but it was almost impossible to eat. 6 patties. I nearly died from meat sweats.

The manager was rude and had a attitude with me because I was trying to use a reward and I honestly think she just didn’t know how to use it on her end so she made me seem like I was being incompetent and wasting her time because she was so worried about her drive-through time she offered to give me a four piece but in my mind, I didn’t want a four piece because I selected award for a free 10 piece with my purchase so if she really wanted to accommodate me, she would have gave me the 10 piece if the coupon wasn’t working on her end and all you have to do is read the coupon from my phone and accommodate me that way . She’s then decided she wants to talk shit and say oh well I offered you a four piece and I just didn’t say nothing because I didn’t wanna argue with her about it.
