Really glad we ventured off the resort we were staying at to eat here. Loved the atmosphere. The food was excellent and came out quickly and correctly. The rum punch was so good, definitely went down easy after a long day hiking the beaches. The rooster walking around was very friendly and him eating French fries out of my hand was a highlight for me.

Absolutely the best burgers we’ve had in a long time! The ribs were also beyond good! The servings are very large so you get your money’s worth! The atmosphere was fun and comfortable. The service was friendly and fast! Highly recommend a stop at this road side restaurant!!

I drove pass this place on the way to Angelito’s Trail and they sent appear to be open yet. But on the way back, they were in full swing. The service and food is impeccable and to die for. I ordered the Monfongo with shrimp in creole sauce and it was so good and filling. I had heard that PR Monfongo is different than other islands and it is so true. This was the best meal of the day. If this place weren’t so far out the way I would come back again, but when in the area I will definitely come back again. My waitress was very attentive and always asking if I needed anything. The Monfongo was cooked to order and took a little long but definitely was worth the wait.

Really cute covered outdoor restaurant and bar. Has plenty of seating and fans. The breeze is nice depending on time of year. Place stays busy when opened. They are friendly and polite, food come out quick. Reasonable prices. We had the bachata burger (comes with salami and sweet fried plantain) also the burger with jalapenos. We ordered fried calamari, really good and fresh. Definitely recommend.
