Anyways onto the food. Every dish was amazing. We also got a plate of bread with grazed tomatoes (a typical Spanish dish) as appetizers, and each of us got our own plate. I ordered the lamb shank, and it was so perfectly crispy on the outside and lightly salted with flaky salt (but I added a little bit more salt bc I like to have my lamb more seasoned). The grilled peppers were amazing, and the potatoes were still crispy. What amazed me was the sauce. The sauce was reduced from the lamb juice and the potatoes soaked it up perfectly. My colleague ordered a lechón and it was also perfectly crispy on the outside (the skin).
The service was amazing as well because the wait staff was very attentive and they gave us some amazing recommendations.
We finished the meal with almost clean plates, and I definitely cleaned the bones of the lamb shank.
It was a great experience, and I was surprised it was next to the airport! I highly recommend anyone who had some time to wait for their flight!
