I will nit come back to this location. I highly recommend you going somewhere else. Employees here now, just staring at buffet and not doing anything about making fresh pizza.
Can’t believe that Cicis is letting this location ruin its reputation. I know its a buffet and is low cost, but at least try.
if you enjoy being stared down by a short balding man who I assume is the new owner every single time you get up for a helping from the buffet feel free to eat here. We went on a Saturday night and there were 5 or so families in their with us yet there were only 2 pizzas on the buffet line at a time, a browning salad bar, and cheese bread. the dessert pizza was raw dough! Then when any one inquired about different types of pizza besides the pepperoni the little man would no joke shoo you away as if you didn’t just pay to eat here.
then at one point there was a female employee that went over to the salad bar and used her bare hands to grab some tomatoes, put them on a plate, she then walked it back to the kitchen, and then they made a new pizza that mysteriously had tomato pieces all over it with bacon and cheese. it’s safe to say that we will never be back to this location and it’s sad. miss it how it use to be.
as if the service wasn’t bad enough My partner daughter and I all were horrifically sick that night. nausea, vomiting, and now we’re on day three of diarrhea.
RUN!!!! dont walk as far away from this place as you can!
The female owner is very rude. She’s the reason for the less stars . She is rude n just looks at u crazy every time I spoke with her.
She charged me for a kid’s drink.Even though I said no, because he only takes 2 sips and eats 2 bowls of soup. That’s why we come on tuesday when he is free..
The produce here can be bad sometimes. The pineapple taste like chemicals ♀️
When I request a pizza they only make half so its gone quickly.
So, me and the wife, 2 buffets and 2 large drinks $28. On the up side, any pizza we asked for they made, mac&cheese, taco, Philly cheese steak and BBQ chicken. On the down side, bland. Some how they managed to make the pizzas taste like nothing. The store itself, not the dirtiest place I’ve been but could use some attention. Sorry Cicis, I will not be back.
With only 10 customers inside there is no excuse for:
-Few slices from just the 7 pizzas available. They were old and burned. Very poor product quality.
-Pasta was completely dry, even when you put the sauce.
-The ice bucket WITH ice was placed on the ground holding the backdoor, while they unloaded something from a truck.
-All the red dishes were old, wet and dirty with food.
-Salad bar trays were sunk, completely out of place in the counter with barely ice.
-There were not desserts available. When they placed the cinnamon rolls, they were burned, dry and barely no icing.
-The 3 employees didn’t care about anything at all. The cashier was toching the food after being in register without washing his hands. The one in the kitchen was touching everything, including the preparation of food without washing his hands. The other one was talking negative and cursing from the back of the kitchen.
-The temperature and checklist to keep everything updated, by law, was dirty next to the food.
On top of that, they charge you extra as “open catering”. A lot of FL food & safety violations.
Even that it is an old location, it could be doing way much better. The company and the state NEEDS to do something with this location.
Team is very unprofessional, there is no customer engagement, the bar was empty, no soup, marinara dried, took about 15 minutes to put pizzas in the table. 1st time the cinnamon rolls taste soo bad they had too much cinnamon in it.
The A/C unit may have not been working because it was super hot. Bathrooms smells like public restrooms very disturbing.
In addition to that the manager/supervisor was not leading her team. You can see the hispanic associate listening to reggaeton which is not family friendly as it was cursing. To top it off manager was chewing gum while making the pizzas. Hanging necklace and not one person had a name tag.
I reached to their feedback center and not once has their supervisor/ manager or Gm reach back to ask more details or apologize for the inconvenience.
The visit was around 6-7pm in which the bar should of at-least be ready and have options. I recommend the Cicis Pizza in Semoran Blvd right by the walmart they have not let me down once best one so far.
