When on a road trip, I look for a Sonic. Figured I’d stop at one that’s attached to a Shell gas station.
What’s working: the young lady working the window was sweet, I had the best cherry limeade here, food was served hot.
What could be better: I used the drive thru and the wait was lengthy.

I came in pretty close to closing tonight . (Maybe not even 15 minutes till close). I know that can be pretty annoying as i’m sure they were ready to start cleaning so they could close up and make it home before the storm hit! I apologized for being that annoying customer that comes in to order a meal so close to closing time. I mentioned that i worked a long shift, had a terrible migraine and needed to get some food in me. Emmanuel the employee assured me that me ordering was no problem at all and that he was glad to take my order (because in MY mind, i was being “that annoying customer” haha) He was very kind and professional and definitely did a great job at customer connection! ( I work in the same industry so I know even a little recognition is nice to hear sometimes!)

I stop going to Sonic bad experiences in Wilmer terrible attitude food trash & Ennis sonic just as bad you’ll think they’re Dpl mad at the customers because they have to work! The service experience horrible when u pull up in a drive thru and you know your the only customer there and your ask to hold on for???? I finally ask if they ready to take order said yes and then that took another 10 minutes and the food was so bad unable to enjoy I should have known not to go here had a horrible experience already but I thought owners mgmt see reviews might due something about stuff apparently not this place needs something done closing down be best choice since no one cares about work or customer service last time I go there need food handler people go take a visit there stay away from this place

I’m going to re-do a review of mine that Sonic replied to then had deleted/removed!!!!! I will keep leaving the same review as many times as I need to before it gets left up. I have screenshots of the original post & Sonic’s reply. See attached photo of screenshot. Now then, this location consistently fails to fill orders correctly after 4 p.m. It is a crapshoot what you are going to leave with but the only guarantee is that it won’t be what you ordered. I have gone through the drive thru as well as ordered on the app with those crappy results. So this last time I went inside & experienced THE SAME THING. But this time I made them correct it before I left. If I failed to do my job accurately as often as this Sonic, I would get fired. So I am warning everyone who visits this location to be prepared for this experience. I have a right to leave this negative but honest testament. I will keep posting it everytime it gets taken down. I will also post any new experiences good or bad. IT IS ON SONIC TO IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, not me.
