The van at the front of the line was there forever. No clue what they ordered, but it seemed like a lot. I was frustrated and just took my food and left. Got home and opened cold food. . . .why didnt y’all have that van pull off while the order was finished? My food was cold because we sat behind (what I assume to be a large order) yall need to do better! If i wanted cold food I would have made a sandwich at home

If I could leave zero stars…. I WOULD.
The lobby drink fountain didn’t work, so the guy at the counter filled our cups up. BUT, They only had Diet Coke & Sweet tea available.. so we just asked for Sweet tea. The tea we got was not sweet at all.
Once our food came, my burger was made incorrectly. The fries were cold & hard (like they’ve been sitting for a long time).
The tables were absolutely gross, The floors were sticky & there was trash & food on the floor in the kids area.
When asking for help with things. The guy at the counter would just walk away & dissappear in the back & wouldn’t come back. Service just sucks in general.
This McDonald’s is the absolute worst one in Goshen/Elkhart area.
I’m writing this as we’re pulling away from the restaurant & my stomach is in knots.
Definitely won’t be returning to this one.
Save yourself the headache & just go next door to Culvers instead…. their drink fountain actually works.

This has to be the WORST mcdonald’s in Indiana. Last month I got a fish patty instead of a chicken sandwhich.(thank god im not allergic) the soda machine has been broken for years. The one in the back must be broken too because the tea & the coke is replaced was absolutely disgusting.
The girl up front was completely rude. Not a good day or a you’re welcome. Probably doesn’t even speak English.
Bathroom is always filthy. I wouldn’t let my kids play on that play area. Soap in the soap dispenser is useless.
I honestly dont have a single nice thing to say about this place. Only putting 1 star because I can’t put 0 or negative.

Went to this McDonald’s for hot coffee. 2x in a row they gave me barely warm coffee. When I went inside to tell them and get hot coffee they looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head. How does that even happen? Do they turn off the part of the coffee machine that keeps it hot. The last mobile order I placed they said they didn’t have it and basically said get lost. Even when I showed them on my phone I paid and it was at that location, they didn’t care. They said there was nothing they could do and when I ask for a manager, some kid came to the window and tried to accuse me of trying to get a free coffee. Really! Worst and most unprofessional and rude McDonald’s I have ever been to. If you look through the 1800 reviews over half say the same thing. Obviously the owner and management doesn’t care. That is clear because it never improves.

Do not stop here. There is another location 7 minutes northeast of this one that has infinitely better service. This location has recently been selling flat soda from their machine at full price. When their machine was down, a relative of mine watched them pour soda from a store-bought bottle into a company cup and pass that out the window. Drinks aside, the food quality is a toss up. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it’s stale. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere you’ll get what you’re paying for.

Strictly regarding breath fast menu, if you don’t want coffee, they will to charge your drink choice to a large without asking. I’m milk drinker, so of I ask for a milk instead of coffee, in given an little child milk jug (roughly 6-8oz) when the advertised is a 12-16 oz … They WILL RIP YOU OFF, so be aware and tell them what you want. This is NIT TO TYPICAL for all McDonald’s locations. They weren’t polite when confronted in an “asking” manner.

I have stopped there twice and both times have ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. Both times it has come with cheese! I specifically ordered sausage and egg not cheese! This time I ordered an orange juice and my friend said he saw something in the glass. I couldn’t see it when she gave it to me. A short time later we saw it and there was a fly in my orange juice. I tried calling the store for over an hour and no one would answer the phone. I will not be going back there! If you go make sure you check your food and drinks over very good before you leave!!

This is 1 of the bad locations…. The chica that runs the drive thru sometimes has a bad attitude… Lacks customer service skills.
