Mama Mia’s is a Milwaukee tradition since 1954 and we are still Family-owned and operated in West Allis Wisconsin. Our pizza features a thin crust with quality ingredients. The Garlic Bread is a Signature item and comes with pasta dishes, but can be ordered to accompany any meal.
Our goal is to provide you exceptional food and exceed your dining expectations. We value all of our employees and are proud that we have 20 and 30+ year team members, as well as newer staff. You will find us conveniently located near the Wisconsin State Fairgrounds in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis. Come dine with us.

I was looking for a new place to get a good pizza & a relative recommended this restaurant.
I was very disappointed. The pizza tasted like frozen pizza (actually I would have preferred frozen of their pizza). I am a huge bread fan, so I was surprised to feel like their garlic/cheese bread was just too much bread. The lasagna was ok, but there wasn’t very much meat in the sauce & the sauce itself was bland.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone would was looking forward to a good Italian meal.

Even though we had a party of 23 people, our waitress courteously and efficiently met all our needs. Food was delivered in a timely manner fresh, hot, and delicious. Garlic bread was amazing. If you’re looking for a cozy place for lunch or dinner give Mama Mia’s a try!

Extremely good pizza! I’ve been eating Mama Mia’s since I was a kid, and even though I no longer live in Milwaukee, it’s still a rare and special treat whenever I get the chance to enjoy what I consider to easily be the best pizza in the Midwest. The garlic bread is exceptional as well. Sadly, the original Antipasto salad is no more. Highly recommended!

I went to Mama Mia’s, and it is still as good as I remembered it to be. I haven’t been in over a decade. They believe in keeping a good thing going. The waitress was very friendly, and we had immediate seating on an early Friday evening. We ordered the chicken fettuccine, large cheese, sausage and pepperoni pizza that had the most perfect thin crust and house salads. Everything was incredibly delicious to me. Oh did I forget to mention that I got a piece of their world famous garlic bread. It’s still good! We were treated so nicely by our waitress. She was so incredibly attentive. I believe we left her at least a 50% tip. I will most certainly be back.

Definitely a go-to spot for great Italian food and service if you’re in the area. Mama Mia’s has World Famous garlic bread, and its no debate. For an appetizer, two of us split the dinner salad and you get free garlic bread with it. FYI they sell their Italian dressing in pints and quarts to-go, make sure to store it in your cabinet or on the counter. We also ordered more garlic bread for the table. Pizza was phenomenal, highly recommend the sausage. For Root Beer fans they do have Sprecher but it’s not on the menu. For the ladies who like a fruity and sweet alcoholic drink, no questions make sure to get the red moscato. Note: They don’t take reservations, we went on a Friday around 6:30 and the restaurant wait time was probably 10 minutes. Service was the best from start to finish. They wrap all of your left overs for you. You will feel at home with any waitress you get. Definitely add Mama Mia’s to your list and next time out. (I’ll add a pic of the salad on my next trip)

Mama mia’s is back! I have been eating this pizza for over 40 years. The last couple years it had gone downhill. In the last year it is back, great quality, orders on time and food delicious! I thought it was gonna close like all the other locations at one point, but thank God it is killing it again! I am not sure who is running it over there but all I have to say is THANK YOU! I am back to being a loyal customer!

Haven’t been here in over 10 years. Still as good as I remember. I had pizza, garlic bread with a side of meat sauce and salad. It was great!

The staple of mama Mia’s for me has to be their garlic bread, I LOVE IT! We ate during lunch hour which they have lunch specials. I ordered the baked pasta with meat sauce and cheese. The cheese took over the dish , the top was melted however it was very hard underneath and some pasta pieces were crunchy. My husband ordered the lasagna. He said it was ok and too salty, but not bad. Very friendly staff and speedy service during lunch time. Food was very hot and came out fast! I will always come back for the bread anytime! I didn’t have their pizza this time but I’ve had it and will order that next time over the pasta. Also can’t go wrong with jalapeño poppers those were good!

Clearly this is a fixture of West Allis. Took the family to Mama Mia’s for a celebration dinner. Five of us waited about 15 minutes to be seated on a Monday night. First time visit we had garlic bread and a garlic bread, meatball sandwich and chicken tenders and fries and the salad and potato soup. And manicotti. Inflation has raised prices everywhere, but the prices here for the portions was quite reasonable.

Went for a birthday celebration for my wife group of 4. Pasta was greasy. There where out of curly fries but said nothing just served plain no offer of anything else. Another dish had very very small fish served on large banking sheet thing..it has been years since we have gone there but won’t be going back over priced for what you get..noticed alot of tables with pizza maybe thats the go to now.
