Sacramento Journey- visited this place in my 2 weeks stay for 4-5 times as it is nearby to hotel I stayed and also open till midnight. They have diff cuisines like Indian, pizza and tacos. Their naans are best also followed by Pizza. Specific mention of their signature dish called Soya chops. Never try their Chicken biryani as it is not. Which chicken biryani will have capsicum!!

I ordered the Monster Combo, and it was very filling! I recommend the Garlic Naan and the Butter Chicken! The butter chicken was a little spicy and tender! The Naan was fluffy and fresh! The food was delicious at a great value! The mango lassi tasted like real mango, and it was on the sweeter side. (GF loved it!) The atmosphere was clean with a relaxed vibe. We will definitely be back!

Got sick immediately after eating here – something was wrong with the Daal.
I visited the Woodland location last night and ordered the Urad Daal and 4 Tawa Rotis. I eat this exact meal at home regularly and never have issues, so I know it wasn’t a dietary intolerance. However, as soon as I left the restaurant, I felt my stomach turn and had to rush home immediately to use the restroom. The urgency was extreme.
It felt like the daal was either spoiled or prepared with way too much baking soda/tenderizer to soften the lentils quickly. The food might taste okay, but the after-effects were instant and unpleasant. I definitely won’t be risking it here again.

Jaslin was very professional, patient and kind. Answered all our questions, made us feel welcomed even though we took a long time to order because there were so many good options to choose from. Had to come back not even a week later! Got the butter chicken and garlic naan both times. Very delicious. Highly recommend.

Love this place! The butter chicken and tikka masala are amazing! My daughter and son love the pizza and my husband loves the chicken pastor tacos. I’ve taken my extended family here and they’ve all had good things to say. The workers are very customer service oriented so that is very much appreciated.
