My wife and I travel a lot and while we traveling from Louisville to Michigan we visit McDonald’s all along the way for our favorite items and we used the drive thru and got right back on the highway then we noticed how poorly our order was made and didn’t enjoy it at all. That’s on management.

Really nicely decorated, locally owned by a passionate owner. The service was fast, looked upscale and looked clean. Also, the tile work was elegant in the lobby and bathroom. Download the app, and you may be surprised how many options are available. Not the mention, the ease of ordering off your phone or in the store kiosk and easy pick up service.

If I could give zero reviews I would. I was waiting 20 mins for curbside. There was not a lot of people at this restaurant when I ordered so I didn’t know why it took so long. Came through the drive thru and the manager had a nasty attitude and snatched the bag of food from me. Very rude. Go 2 miles down for McDonald’s if you’re traveling. Good luck

Was supposed to be open until 1am. Waited at the drive thru at 10:45pm and no one was there to take our order. There was a car in the parking lot, lights and screens were all on.

The one off I-65 rensselaer exit 215…is by far the best one of the 2 mcdonalds in rensselaer. They have great service. Karen W. is manager and she is absolutely amazing!!

Stopped in to grab a “quick” bite while traveling and I could tell from the moment I stepped through the door that I should’ve turned around and left but didn’t.
Soft serve was down, took over 30 minutes to get our order (others around us seemed to be waiting just as long), order wasn’t quite right but close enough… only thing is after the wait, the “quality” was very disappointing as some food was hot off the grill and other parts were cold/been sitting for a bit.
Truly disappointing experience, when I stop at fast food chains like McDonald’s, I’m not expecting fine dining but do expect to receive fairly quick service and have the food prepared to some sort of standards which didn’t happen at this location on this day.

Staff is working hard but we’ve been waiting over 20 min for our breakfast. Not sure if drive thru would have been faster. Lots of people waiting inside. I know they’re short of people as there is a hiring sign but in my 56 years I’ve never waited this long at a McDonald’s. Granted not from here and driving thru but in a hurry so would have been nice if there was a sign on the door letting people know. If I could I would have canceled my order and gotten my money back but too invested at this point.

Waited 25 minutes for food in the drive thru. Told they were out of bbq sauce and apple slices for the happy meal. Sign on the door said “come on in” but it was locked. So much for using the bathroom. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!
