This Zaxbys is worthy of attention. I’ve lived in Smyrna for 5 years and this Zaxbys always hits. The food is excellent, what you would expect from a Zaxbys, nothing abnormal. But the speed and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. The “Chick Fil a” of non Chick Fil A places. I believe a guy named Paul has some sort of authoritative role here and needs to be recognized by the city of Smyrna.

I waited almost 10 minutes at the drive-thru speaker with only one car in front of me. After finally ordering and paying, they handed me my drinks and asked me to “pull up by the bushes.”
It’s now been over 25 minutes (I wish I was exaggerating) and I’m still waiting for my food. It’s pretty obvious they’re moving cars forward to cheat the service timer, but that doesn’t make the experience any better. This is supposed to be fast food, not a sit-in-the-parking-lot situation.
Not sure what’s going on inside, but whatever system they’re using isn’t working. Really disappointing experience at this location.

Boy oh boy. Talk about a disappointment. I love fried pickles. The last few times I’ve gone to this location, I’ve had overcooked, burned, so crispy that you can’t even bite into it hard dry pickles!!! Ridiculous! I’m usually here about three times a week because it’s in route between my daughters school and home. Won’t be back for a while. We’ll roll a little further on over to chick fil a. ♀️

Have eaten here past 2 years. This morning I ordered thru Doordash for the 1st time and before 11 am. I got served chicken from the night before! Paid an extra $3.00 to get a sweet tea, and got unsweet instead, which to anyone in the south unsweet tea is death in a cup. Then had to spend 3 hours on the phone w.doordash to get a refund. I don’t know what happened at this location, but never have I bit into chicken so gross, so old, and so dried out before in my life, much less from Zaxbys.

The food was fresh and the drinks are always great because they have options for flavored drinks. You can only get flavored drinks from the movies. The service was friendly and the recommendations were even better. I had a Club sandwich.

THE FRIENDLIEST AND CLEANEST ZAXBYS I’VE EVER BEEN IN! Nikki took the order for my daughter and I. She was very welcoming and friendly. Even though she asked my name for my order (which I expected her to call out once ready) I looked up and she was willing our order to our table with everything we could have possibly needed (napkins, condiments and extras). Went to wash my hands and the restrooms were so clean, I was shocked. And for the 1st time ever at a Zaxbys, the manager Mike came over to check on us, just because. So glad I was early for my appointment down the road, because I will definitely be back!

Best place in the world I met this guy named Paul and he took care of my family. They got best service here easily to eat quiet in here nice and cool air.
