Today was the third time I went in and ordered crunchwrap supreme that was so soggy it fell apart there was no toppings or anything inside of the thing other than dried up burger looking stuff and a soggy hard shell and cheese that was it It was paper thin. The chicken nuggets that were advertised 10 chicken nuggets with a drink and nacho fries were probably 5 to 6 hours old and burnt to a crisp and they still served them to me The mountain dew is flat and I absolutely do not enjoy going to the store anymore

I work nights, and I end up being a frequent flyer at the Grand Ave. location around 1-3am. The crew at that time is my favorite and by far the best. The food is always handled with care, and I know it’s weird to say this about a fast food place, I swear it’s made with love. Dominic and Bruce are always nice and happy to see me and always welcoming.

I placed an online order and drove to the store only to be told they were out of nuggets. I understand that items run out that happens. The issue was how it was handled.
They said they could offer a refund, but if we took the refund we wouldn’t get the rest of our food and would basically leave with nothing. That’s not a real solution that just puts my family in a worse position after already driving there and waiting.
No substitutions were offered, no effort was made to accommodate us, and the cashier was not helpful in the slightest. There was no attempt to make the situation right or provide any kind of customer service.
Very disappointing experience. How is that considered acceptable or exceptional service?

Honestly which restaurant in this entire town has ever ran out of protein? No meat At a Taco Bell? Then I ask for a replacement that is literally cheaper than the mobile order I had already made, and that was still too hard for you. They were requiring customers to use their new touchpads. To me thats corporate greed at the expense to the customers but fine. Half of them were broken. Many customers were confused mostly because they wasn’t working and they thought they were doing something wrong. The touch part wasn’t matching to the buttons.. nobody would come help from the back. That set the tone. Explain why you want customers to put in there own orders but you need somebody to give you your cup anyway? Then the bathrooms were locked. So after you have to touch a screen hundreds probably touch hed before coughing on it yoi can’t even wash your hands before you eat finger foods. You can’t have it both ways. Are we doing our own up front or you going to pay someday for customer service. I should say the food was hot and made very well and made fast. Since nobody knew what was goimg on im there lobby including security picking up money they had plenty of focus an assembling

I don’t have a problem with the food. The grand avenue location to me has always had a service problem. Yes you employ a lot of young people but they still have to be professional. I can’t hardly write this as I’m listening to some guy in the kitchen sing at the top of his lungs off-key. Another time the staff just totally ignored me and wouldn’t even help me so I had to leave without any food. I guess immaturity is important for their resume.

I order from Taco Bell many times, and every experience is great. The staff is friendly and ready to help. This time I ordered the Taco& Burrito Cravings Pack, Cantina Crispy Melt Taco Box, and the Power Menu Bowl. The food was warm, fresh and packed well when arrived. I like the burrito from the cravings pack which is creamy and flavorful. The tacos were delicious too, and I prefer the crispy ones. The bowl’s size wasn’t as I expected but the food was over my expectation. Overall, everyone and everything was great!

Night crew was rude to my family. Was not polite or respectful what so ever. Threw the cup tray at my sister.. I used to work there and know that that’s not how you treat a customer. Drinks are flat and was talked to very rude
