I frequent Jack’s, visiting restaurants in several different locations. This one rates pretty low if not the lowest I’ve seen. While the food was good there were some issues with restaurant cleanliness. The restrooms needed a lot of attention, it was clear they had not been cleaned in awhile despite employees using them and turning a blind eye to the problem. This brings up another big item, employee hygiene. An employee was witnessed using the restroom and leaving without washing their hands. We kept an eye on this one to make sure they did not serve or prepare our food, that would have been an immediate deal breaker and refund request.

I love Jack’s but this location was not the best at all. I ordered breakfast food and it was a disappointment. The biscuits was hard, cold, and dry, my smoke sausage was even dry. I think this food had been under the light to long but in that case why was they cold. 5 sausage biscuits and 5 smoke sausage biscuits was a waste of money, I was trying to do something for my co- workers. I didn’t get a receipt because it was 3 people at the window trying to figure something out. I usually check my food before I pull off but I put to much trust in Jack’s and this one here prove me wrong. I will not go back to this one. I will go to the one I am familiar with.
