I placed a mobile order this evening for a kids meal junior hamburger with cheese onion and bacon, also a kid’s meal Junior hamburger and added a cinnabon with no cream cheese frosting. Additionally I ordered a large chocolate Frosty, two cold brew coffees, and chili, with added cheese and onion.

Here are the problems: (1) the wait at the drive-thru for the mobile order pickup was almost 15 minutes (2) the junior hamburger which was supposed to have bacon on it, for which I paid extra, had no bacon. (3) Asked for sweet onion and cheese in the chili and it had neither (4) not only did the cinnabon have the icing on it that we asked not to be on, but it was so hard we couldn’t stick a fork in it, which means it was not edible, a waste of money. Had we been eating in these things would have been addressed at the restaurant, but we were picking up and headed home, and I was not driving all the way back.

Wendy’s changed their ingredients and it shows … the fries taste completely different … they are flat with hardly any potato and super THIN , the nuggets are flat with no chicken inside , just crispy fried skin … and the burgers are missing that old taste they used to have . This location also sucks… they always hand you a bag of old food and their customer service needs work! I most definitely won’t give Wendy’s another dime ! Trust me

The chilli beans was not cook and the burger was dry not hot or ready and normally when fresh the bottom bun would be a little soggy and they didn’t have a potato but it was available online maybe that’s where I messed up because normally I go in and order but I wanted it ready before I got in

If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

Let’s start with me arriving at 1:35 PM. When I placed my order, I was pulled up by 1:40 PM. No one ever came out to me about my order. I got out of my car at 2:20 PM, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Even when I walked inside, there was no sense of urgency about my order. The manager did apologize, but that does not make up for the poor service I received all around.

The service aside from the young man in the back cashing out orders and the young lady in the front was terrible. Everyone else’s energy was completely off, especially being that I was waiting 40 minutes for my food. Even when I got my food, my burgers were cold, my fries were cold, and my nuggets were cold. Nothing was hot, which is insane considering how long I had been waiting.

When I came back inside to address the fact that my fries were cold, one of the workers in the back got smart with me and said, “Oh well, I just made those fries.” Apparently not, because they were cold. That means they had been sitting, and customers are being given cold fries.

While I was still waiting, a man came in after me, spoke to one of the managers, did not place an order, and did not show a receipt. He was given free food, and his food was made before mine. I watched fresh fries, fresh nuggets, and a fresh sandwich be made for him while I was still waiting. I don’t care about people receiving free food—that’s none of my business—but it becomes my business when I paid and still hadn’t received my food, and his food was fresh while mine was cold.

The restaurant itself was disgusting—trash on the floor and food bags sitting out on a stand with chili and a drink already on them. The workers looked like they were just chilling instead of working. People were outside waiting, and even when you come inside, there is no real apology or accountability.

This was the worst $17.70 I have ever spent in my entire life, and I regret it heavily. I will not be back.

Don’t even waste your money coming here. Your food will not be hot, you will be met with attitude, and if you don’t remind them that you paid, you won’t get your food. You’re better off going somewhere else or going to the grocery store and spending extra money instead of wasting your money here, because you are not going to get what you paid for at all.

Most of the shortcomings of this place occur at night. Not only do the chances of your orders being wrong go up, but this location likes to pull tricks to close early. I’ve experienced them closing, except for Doordash and other food couriers, to them straight up just closing a half hour to hour early.

Just last night (early this morning) I hit the drive-thru at 2:30 AM and a woman just said, “We’re closed.” I told her, “It’s 2:34, ‘you sure you want to just go with that?” ‘Silence. ‘Smooth move for a Saturday night, Wendy’s.

Although this review may not hold significant weight for corporate entities, as they have already received my payment, I feel compelled to express my current dissatisfaction after experiencing subpar service. Upon reaching the menu to place my order, I encountered an issue with the speaker, which was excessively low, rendering it difficult to hear the individual operating the drive-through. I approached the window and politely informed the young lady that the sound was muffled, and I was barely able to hear her. Her response was that she could hear me. Despite this, I disregarded her response and proceeded to collect my food. As I inspected my bag, I noticed that the french fries were either burned or excessively cooked. Consequently, the manager approached the window and simply observed me. I presented her with the fries, and she then closed the window, muttering something as she departed. Subsequently, she returned with additional fries that were identical to the ones I had received, and she closed the window without uttering a word. What truly irked me was the fact that the manager provided the exact same response as her crew member. Despite the poor service, I still expressed gratitude, and the manager remained silent as she closed the window. I wish I was able to do a negative star review.

This is the BEST service I ever received at any Wendy’s location. Dre was super friendly! Everyone was working hard which say a lot about their management! I will definitely come back because I appreciate the high level of customer service!!!

I ordered a Asiago Ranch chicken club combo. They gave me some thing totally different. I failed to check my food because I was in a rush. Upgraded my combo to a large fries. I made it to my destination come to find that I was given a totally different order they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich when I specifically told the person no Spicy food. My large fries was not a large. I waited in line for 10 min just to get the wrong food. Top that off me not being able to eat the spicy sandwich I was only able to eat fries. Bad for business. Waist of money. I was disappointed to the max and hungry.

I visited this Wendy’s and was served a sandwich with moldy bread. Absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I lost my appetite on the spot. This is a serious food safety concern, and clearly, quality control is not a priority at this location.

On top of that, they always put in for their “handmade lemonade” so they can upcharge you—you have to specifically ask for regular Minute Maid lemonade to avoid the extra cost. Also, a medium fry is $3.19, which is wild for the portion size and quality.

Either avoid this place completely or check your food carefully before eating. I expected better from Wendy’s.

Yesterday I ordered 2 large chilis and a hamburger at the drive thru. The problem was with the chilis they were horrible. They had a spoonful of crumbled meat, they were loaded with tons of multicolored beans which were undercooked and crunchy and chili itself was as thick as mud.
I called and spoke with manager Ronika who didn’t even offer an apology or try to resolve the issue instead I suggested that I bring them back for a refund which she agreed to. On the other hand, I decided to trash them and do business with others when out and about. It was the cold reception for me and I won’t do business with any Wendy’s here on out!
