The food was delicious and the service was truly excellent. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, offering great menu suggestions and going above and beyond for our picky eater. She patiently helped our son find something he liked, cleverly customising a meal combo just for him. We felt so welcomed in such a wonderful, family-friendly environment. We’ll definitely be back! You can’t go wrong with the All-Star dish!

Customer service is cleaning tables and counters behind people who have paid and gone in order to assure the next guest that a table awaits. Customer service IS NOT allowing customers to sit at tables or booths before you have cleared them. I noticed that this morning and it caused a small confusion. 3 separate parties were waiting on clean tables, but because we were waiting so long we began to seat ourselves out of order from how we entered the establishment because we did not realize that y’all were not wiping off areas until after the next guest sat down. That’s not customer service. It takes just a minute to clear a table. Don’t just keep walking by knowing you have multiple parties waiting.

I love Waffle House, and this one in particular will always have a place in my heart (as the first one I ever went to). The staff are super friendly and attentive, the place is clean, it has plenty of parking and it’s light and airy. Our food came quickly and was reliably delicious.

10/28/24 9:10pm. My coworker and I came here to eat on Monday night at 9:10pm. It wasn’t busy, and it took awhile just for the waitress to take our order (that’s the least of the problems we had). When our food was brought out, some of my food was on my coworkers plate and visa versa. No big deal, she brought it back, switched things around, and when she brought my food back, I had a freezing cold piece of cheese on top of my eggs. I asked for scrambled with cheese, but placing a cold piece of cheese on top? During all this commotion I noticed the cook that was preparing our food was leaving. It seemed like he was going home no matter what, and at the last minute of his shift, he just reached in the refrigerator, took a slice of cheese, and threw it on top of my eggs. The waitress asked me if everything was ok, and I said “no, my eggs are not even cooked” She took it back, and when it came back maybe 20 seconds later, the cheese was just barely melted on top. This was the laziest cook from a Waffle House that I’ve ever experienced. Other things were wrong with both our meals as well. Supposed to have cheese in hash browns, didn’t ask for onions in hash browns, and they brought out other food we didn’t order. I’m 41 years old and have been coming to Waffle House for decades. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The servers are rude at night the cook was great perfect attitude willing to get it done great food but I hate he had to work with rude co workers with bitchy attitudes and extremely rude to customers and my online order was even done when I got there and was told by one that I obviously placed it at the wrong store when I in fact did not they just wasnt doing there job its always something there

Went with my girl friend and daughter. Really great service from everyone there, I mean top notch. The cook made my daughter’s chocolate chip waffle look like Minnie mouse and she adored it. The adults food was delicious as well. Everyone in the building was so friendly and welcoming, we had a great time

I love Waffle House, but it is like 50 degrees in here. The staff are complaining. Customers are going outside to warm up. I dont think staff have any control over the temp and are upset.
At least the food is still good and the staff know how to fight.
